- Have a vehicle that stumbles at start up or at the light ? How about cleaning your throttle body ? By cleaning the throttle body your vehicle gets to proper amount of air entering the engine. But the make sure if the idle changes to get it calibrated or programmed. Thanks for watching

Well no one knew that was your vehicle until you commented. Just kidding. That information will help a lot of people out there just remember that you might have to do a throttle relearn afterwards.
Thanks for this helpful video as these may have been my next steps to take if “plan A” didn’t workout. The issue I was having with my vehicle was when I came to a complete stop, my car would start idling so low that it sounded like my car was going to completely shut off.
So, I started out by changing the air filter first and that worked 😁! I have not had any issues since.
I always have my filter changed with every oil change (as recommended), but just in this instance it needed to be replaced-as at that time (2 months ago) I was traveling more.
If you think I should check or do anything else, please advise. 😊

Finally a video with the exact same problem as me, now I know that the throttle body is 1 of the problems of my car doing that when it’s idling 🙏
Be sure to unplug it as throttle body motors are powerful enough to cut your finger off. Also, idle might be high afterwards until the computer relearns the idle.
Always good to have the key out. And as well I made sure to add on the end that some vehicles would need a calibration or relearn. Thanks for watching

Not true anytime you reset the car before you ever start it you need to put your foot all the way to the floor a couple times It will learn exactly where the throttle plate is immediately and it will open it on its own more than likely and close it so anytime you have an electronic throttle body your advice is nonsense it's not that big of a deal if you bought an aftermarket one you would definitely need to push it a few times and then start it

Hey man could you please help me out with something. A while ago you made a video titled “Dodge Ram AC not blowing” in which you replaced a part from under the tipm because the blower motor wasnt working. Anyway Im glad I found that video because I am having the exact same problem with my 2013 ram which is also a 2500 just like the one in your video. Anyway could you please let me know where did you get the green part that you replaced from under the tipm because I cant find it anywhere. I have a rough idle when stopped and start, while driving have a putting and the sound of whooshing when giving gas, any ideas? Have evap codes, catalytic converter leak/o2 sensor. Also have exhaust/fuel smell and when vents are on it’s worse, windows down makes it really bad! Thanks and hope I can get some hekp
I cleaned my throttle body couple days back and the idle seems weak now. Also when i accelerate it feels sluggish, and the motor sounds forced with a loud humming noise when rpms hit the top before changing gears. I took off my throttle body and when i give it a shake it sounds like a little rock in a container type of noise. Is that a normal thing or no? Also no check engine light on.
I have a 2000 gmc sierra 6.0 and when i stop in drive the rpms go way down from where there suppsed to be and it'll turn off, only does it sometimes. Any information on what it can be or what i should check ?

Hey man I have a Nissan Sentra 2014 when I turn it on no problems but when I hit the road it does drive fine but sometimes it feels like there’s a small delay when accelerating but then you feel it when it accelerates correctly. Do you know what this could be ?

What does. It mean when your won’t start but your battery is good ? I have a 98 nissian and I think it’s my Bluetooth radio that’s taking the power cause once we disconnect the whole radio it started to work
Is it the wiring or something? Not connected in the right area
Dumb asf could be this but also could be map sensor also camshaft sensor also could be idle air control valves causing the issues so check all of these.

My throttle body was far more dirty, but engine idle was flawless and rock solid at 700RPM
That’s still bad lol, less air flow because it’s so dirty that it can’t open all the way
My 2002 silverado v6 4.3l stalls out with low rpm
When i step on acceleration it doesnt stall once i let go it will stall
It has check engine they told me its the catalytic converter

Classic symptom of a clogged fuel filter are you sure you didn't forget to clamp one of those hoses back down and you're pulling extra air now so the engine can compensate at a leaner burn are you sure you didn't make it weaker lol what are all those lights on the dash after you started it... Kind of like putting a Band-Aid over something. I know on the older v8s that have a plenum where the EGR goes above and below in two different chambers on the throttle body they can get completely clogged up and make it run like that for any of you that sink his experience is going to fix all of your problems. I'm calling BS because I hardly see any dirt on there he probably just finally got the clamp back down around the throttle body properly this time A lot of guys take stuff apart and forget especially when they're making a bunch of videos for no reason

Typically that's going to be a failing IAC VALVE. Not a dirty throttle body.. you likely also have a failing EGR VALVE causing excessive carbon fouling in the intake.
What happens with cars that don’t have egr valve and have variable valve timing ?
I dont think vehicles with electronic throttle body have an iac valve, its not required since the plate is controlled by the ecu and can stay slightly open as oppose to a bypass
