Identifying tempered glass so you can drill your aquarium.

Thank you for that demonstration of showing how it's tempered glass. I brought a 75galn tank from PETCO a few months ago and now that I'm further into aquariums I wanted to drill into my tank and add a sub,. But now I can't. But you did save me from destroying a $300 tank, even though I bought it on sale for $124.99.

Thanks a million for the info! Picked up a 75 gallon Aqueon on sale from Petco today. Didn’t see anything on the sides and confirmed I was doing it right by looking at the bottom that was labeled tempered.
