It was so nice that you actually said that the the £18 journal was expensive. So often on all the videos people are paying about £85 for one and over £100 to £200 on designer paints and it makes you feel inadequate that you don't have the money for these. It's sort of put across that you need all these special paints and designer brands to be an artist. When really the art comes from within oneself and not from designer stuff. There are wonderful art products out there, people can be really snobby. You can have a glue stick, an old magazine page and a sheet of paper and make art with it or just a basic pencil and paper. It is so nice for someone to understand that these days, £18 can be a lot of money. I don't even have that a week to eat with. Your videos always cheer me up and make me happy. Thank you xXx

'You're free to make terrible art'. I love that. Regardless, your journals are so beautiful and inspiring and this video felt like a safe place in itself. I'm coming to the end of my therapy sessions, and I think art journaling is really going to help me.
Suffering with a chronic back, Art did not leave me but I left Art. After ten years of coping with pain, I realized that without Art ,I am lost with only my pain but with ArtI I can live as the person I once was:) Thanks so much I am so glad that you appeared in my feed about ten minuites after I took an unfinished picture from my store box to complete for the first time:)
I am a fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue sufferer, so I’m totally with you. But I now set my phone alarm set to annoy me every half hour. I now have a very loose and easy exercise program, and I do one of those exercises most of those times, or I just walk up to the end of the house and back. And have a drink of water, of course. This system allows me to do a huge amount of studio, or sewing room play. If I keep doing those exercises several times a day, and keep moving every half hour, if possible. With 15 kg of weight loss, I am slowly gaining back my mobility, and my pain lessens every day. My family, friends, and medical professionals cannot believe the difference in me. I feel like dancing! In my studio!🤣🤣🤣
At age 18, in 1970, I started keeping a diary.... Page a day.... Full.... In 1972, as a, student I added a large notebook where I wrote down thoughts and feelings and quotes etc. That's as well as the A5 size page a day diary.... Full. I continued with this until '78 when I got married and life settled down. But I always had an engagement diary where I noted things as well as my 'engagements '. In the 90s I started getting nice blank notebooks and writing as often as I felt like it. Thoughts and feelings. A day to day record of all the holidays (I went to India for work and 2 trips to Egypt for pleasure). No one had ever talked about "journalling ", but then, this was pre Internet. So now, as I approach my 69th birthday next year, I have 50 years worth of writing...... Some day I'll look back on it all. It is all writing. I'm a writer at heart not a visual artist and all that drawing and sticking that you do doesn't fire me up at all. But I do like to write with different coloured pens. 😅 And I like the act of handwriting.
Your energy is flowing through your awesome personality and it definitely shows in your journals. Love your videos. So soothing. Subscribed! Thanks for sharing your energy! ✌️👍✍️🎨
It is so refreshing to see that you have more than one journal on the go and no pressure to finish one before starting another……I have kept written journals and doodling journals and story telling journals for a long time …. Also prayer journals…..and I beat myself up because they are often unfinished! After watching this I know that is is actually ok, such a simple but profound realisation! I am loving watching your vlogs….thank you so much ❤
As someone who has several journals that include devotional, poetry, drawing and inspirational I always felt that I was doing it 'wrong', so it's so absolutely affirming to see someone have lots of different journals to use 'as the mood strikes'!
Just today ran across your channel so not sure what order these are in yet...Anyway...I just wanted to comment here about a topic in the last video I watched regarding hair. I believe we women really come into our own power when we stop dying out the gray. I gave it up about three years ago and only looked back when my daughter, who is a beautician, came to visit and dyed me a beautiful purplish pink under the back. It only showed when my hair was up, which is about all the time. And I love, love, loved it. We are most beautiful in our natural state, and you, my dear, are a real gypsy queen!! Thank you for sharing your beauty and art with us, the anonymous us, who dearly love your content.
I love art journaling it makes me feel creative and I never want to lose that part of me! I also love reading so I like to add quotes in now and then. I love to do it at least 3 times a week. I use it alongside my photography, I love to use my polaroid camera on walks and cut them up and draw around them etc. I love this video gave me loads more ideas for my journal too! Thank you. I love that you talk about where you get your inspo from it's so important!
Ii started a journal tonight I am an artist and poet and a night owl it is 4.30am I'm enjoying journaling thanks for getting me started it is good for my emotional health.
If there was ever a lost soul that needed to journal...it’s me. I love creating mixed media art but I can’t get any words on my pieces. I think I have been looking for you. ❤️❤️❤️
I come from a family of artists on my mom's side, some of whom were good enough to make a living at it...and I wished more than anything as a child that I could just sit down and draw anything I liked. I joked that I was holding the door when art talent was passed out. I've always loved lettering and I love to write, and I love collage, so I combine those in my journal. Thank you for being so inspiring and natural. I'm teaching myself to draw and received a huge art set for Christmas from my brother and his wife, and he also gave me a book about oil painting for Easter...the possibilities are limitless!
I really like your choices of journals. They are also this expensive in Canada, but as you say, it’s worth it. Every time I go shopping for one, I can spend 30 minutes to one hour choosing one, feeling the paper textures, looking at the sizes, the number of pages, etc. And every time, I can imagine the employees thinking « well, here is an undecided one there... ». 😅
I found art journaling when I was deep in an episode of depression and anxiety in 2014. I have art journaled every day since! I spent a whopping £20 on a mixed media sketchbook once and although I loved it it was too extravagant for me to do again. Recycling is really important to me so I now work in preexisting books from the charity shops, especially spiral-bound road atlases as I find that as they get fatter the binding helps the book stay more secure. I am very new to your channel and already love it! It's always nice to find more UK art journaling
Your videos are so relaxing. I actually bought me a journal 4 days ago. I worked on a 2 page spread about my feelings and emotions on the death of my father back in 2014. I to with my boyfriend ran off in an rv back in 2014 for several years. Back now in a small condo. Having to buy new art supplies slowly. Gave all the other supplies away before the move. Thank you for all your ideas on Journaling. I suffer from anxiety and depression. I hope that this will give me a new release on life. ❤❤❤
I discovered your RUclips last night and I can't stop watching/experiencing your videos! It's been like opening a door... to something I have been longing for!
Thank you for this video, you explained it very well and I will try it. I make quilts, crochet, make miniatures and many other hobbies and have one room in my house full of fun stuff that I call my magical place. I have had three surgeries in the past six months and coupled with Covid I do not get out much. My arts and crafts have saved my life and I agree with what you said about your mood effects of journalling. Subscribed.
I've just searched for art journaling and come across your channel. You have so inspired me. I have subscribed and will be following your channel with ever growing interest . I really want to start art journaling but had no idea how or where to begin. I do now thanks to your fabulous video. I have lots of clear stamps I want to use and stencils, pens dragons and watercolour paints. You've given me the courage to not be afraid of making a rubbish job of it and the courage to learn from my first efforts and progress. I want to say a huge thank you. You have a wonderful way about you. I feel a connection as even though I'm 64 yrs old I have a mane of hair that reaches my bum and I totally refuse to have it cut off !! You are, and look, amazing. Thank you x
I love journaling because it's like one of the only "art" things I do that is solely for me. I enjoy showing people cool pages but it's really like a personal scrapbook. Full of feelings and random pieces of paper that have weird meanings to me. It's also really great for using up supplies that I don't touch often, makes me feel better about having them lol PLUS the scrapbook style of it means I can write notes about how I feel or ideas I have elsewhere throughout the day and just add them to my journal later
I love this video so much. You are somebody that I always dreamed to be with the plants, crystals, art, journals. Too bad I end up being someone else but I'm trying to get back on track to learn art and journaling. Thank you for this video. It's so much less scary than other videos for me on how to get started. I love this! ❤️ ✨
You truly are an inspiration! I watch a lot of art videos on You tube and will definitely include yours. Your bubbly personality draws in artists of all levels and makes art fun. I am new to art journaling, but I do scrapbook and make cards. I too have a place to go to which is a second bedroom that I am surrounded by things that make me happy.
Thank you so much !!! Answers so many questions I be had about journaling, about my notebooks that I haven't been able to put in the recycling bin for years , and about the ones that I did throw away and are gone. No judgment, no regrets, only joy and communion . Thank you !!
This was a calm and soothing video for my weary mind and heart. I will definitely be watching and looking for more videos and find you on IG. I've been decorative journaling and scrapbooking/memory keeping for quite a while. Your journal declaration was freeing for my party soul. I will have to borrow parts for my next journal. Thank you so much!
Oh that’s wonderful, I’m so happy it was soothing. I hope your journals soothe you more too, mine are certainly doing just that. Much needed in these strange times. 😔Yes, do please use the declaration. Thanks for watching and let me know how you get on. 🌷🌷
I don't haave a particular style of drawing, I just like making anything I'm in the mood of but that's been making me feel inadequate as if I'm not a "real artist" if I don't have a particular style. But when you weres sifting through your journals I noticed some mixture if different styles and I felt so so good about that. Thank you for making this!!
That’s wonderful I love leaves 🍁 I sometime use flower petals or pressed flowers and I did collect a leaf off my favourite tree and know what you mean. It’s made me feel good too. Xx

Finding and watching this video really touched my heart. I’ve been so down lately. So lost. But this... the beauty in this touched me so much and inspired me, I want to start my own art journal now, this seems like the perfect hobby to do... thank you, for your amazing energy, it’s helped me reach back to my real self... stay precious ✨🌸
I just stumbled on your video today and am just overwhelmed with the timing. I have never understood art journaling.. until today. I really needed this today. i am a quilter on “leave” right now. I just need a break. thank you!
I just just want to say thank you. I am a busy mom. I used to play music but haven't really felt called to do that to for a while. I love visual art but don't really want to draw or work towards fancy paintings. I don't have time. This looks so perfect for this season in my life. It looks like something that is fun and expressive that I can do within an hour, all while documenting the beautiful things that happen in our lives to treasure for years to come. Thank you!!
I love it. I too enjoy collecting special pics that I see. I love to collage. I love what ppl call doodling especially when I am in need of help proceeding emotions or strong feelings. I have never thought it actual journaling these things. Thank you very much for sharing. I, too love collecting journal, sketch pads, pens, color pencils, colorful paper. I love it. Thank you..it is soothing.
I’ve also only written in journals in the past, and mostly about what I’m going through with no solutions. I feel like adding art will create a much more positive experience! Haven’t picked up my journal in at least a year, so time to get back to it!
Thank you, you've saved my sanity at a time when craziness had taken over. I've always been known as the Tattered Fairy.....so it was ment to be the universe has guided me. X
Nice to find another journaling bug 🤗 I do journal daily for the past 2 years. I started because the world was spinning too fast and I couldn’t process all of it. The world kept on spinning too fast but I allowed myself to step out and organize my own thoughts. I find it very useful as a “purging” tool. Writing down the negative thoughts created more space in my head. I am now moving towards a more visual journal with less words. Funny how we change... your videos are very inspiring! Thank you.
You are so adorable, I’m an artist too and just had to subscribe. I do a lot of research on the goddesses I create and art journaling sounds like a great place to keep this information. 💗
I got weirdly emotional watching you create your collage. I guess you are right! People can get the benefit just from watching. But you do inspire me t get my own art out and get back to it, been too long. Thank you.
I love your videos when you take us to your process. Very inspiring. I have been sheltering in place since Christmas. I'm getting my first vaccine tomorrow. I'm a little apprehensive and this helped me to get my mind off it all. This whole thing and the state of the USA is just so frightening to me. So thanks for the reprieve.
I am so glad I found your channel. I have been in an art void... stopped making, stopped creating after I had been so involved and made breakthroughs. One day I was just suddenly unable to see the point. Hard to explain it was like suddenly I could see no meaning. And journaling was the thing that I questioned most. Mak8ng a mess that was for no reason. Not thoughts I had ever had. Listening and watching you has started my itch to make. I sketched a plant on a scape of paper watching you last night... I have a small art studio room ...and a whole separated building with a potters wheel and kiln... you would think I would be dancing with the muse every day! Well...no hydro wired to my kiln and no insulation and heat in the building... but still... sigh. Thank you for your dear inspiration!
So many benefits to journaling. I can't even draw a stick figure, but I can glue and tape with the best of them, 😊 so that is how I create. Love watching your process. Thank you.💜💜💜
Such a lovely and helpful video. You have inspired me to take out some old planners and recycle them by turning them into art journals. Thank you so much!
I write to release anything that is weighing on my mind, questions and answers, journaling to me is unloading my thoughts. I’ve started this differently by adding washi tape round the edges, pretty card I’m so new to art so by adding in doodles / sketches will be a journey in itself...I find you so inspirational and you have really helped my new way of journaling which I ♥️ thank you 🙏
I can't express how much finding this has ment to..living in a forest isolated from everything because of Covid. Doing my usual artwork is out of the question...I can't afford my wire...ceramics....this I believe will save that side of me that is driven to create.. thank you again...
An area l may want to explore is the connection of creatives experiencing lockdowns both here in the very divided USA and across the pond. Journaling has helped me navigate these isolated times along with enjoying the work of generous artists such as yourself. Thank you for sharing. You make a difference. Life is more tolerable and hopeful when we connect.

This has been, by far, the most inspiring and informational video I have watched about art journaling in the last 5 years or so. I really appreciate how you made sure to mention that there are no rules about it but still offered suggestions on how to keep up with the process, create, express, etc. I finally was brave enough to buy my first journal yesterday and I am very excited to start my journey. Thanks so much for the vid! xx
your video is amazing and really inspiring, i'm always afraid that my art journal won't look "aesthetic" or something but your confident words helped me a lot
Love this video! Just bought me a new journal today and I needed some inspiration. I started journaling in august and really like it! Mostly if I start things I set the bar to high for myself, but with this I have the mindset of Just begin, just create, it doesn't have to be a museumpiece :) have fun doing it. And thats seems to work very well :) I'm goint to watch more of your videos!

This means so so so much to me. I stopped doing art years ago. I even had formal training in art. Trauma- mental illness- becoming a mom and more trauma sort of stopped me from doing art. Now I am ready to start!!! I tried yesterday and I thought “I suck. I’m no good anymore”. But this really helps me. Thank you. God bless you.
I've never thought of doing this before. My family are artists and we did a bit of drawing together over lockdown but I never thought I could draw. I did better than I thought I would. I'm a musician, gardener and i've made money writing in the past so actually this sounds like something I might enjoy. I need something to do in the evenings. Maybe I'll have a go. I love keeping cards and pictures and have done lots of decoupage on walls in our house. I might like doing this. I'm glad I saw this video. Thank you.

After ten years of coping with pain, I realized that without Art ,I am lost with only my pain but with ArtI I can live as the person I once was:) Thanks so much I am so glad that you appeared in my feed about ten minuites after I took an unfinished picture from my store box to complete for the first time:)
Wow that’s amazing and good luck continuing 🌷🌷🌷
50 years of thoughts, dreams & observations...how rich and amazing to explore! What a gift to yourself.
I ll be so happy to see your journals. Hope ince you ll share video about your old journals
Not sure why you had to include what part of her process 'doesn't fire you up'. Who said it had to?
I'm about a minute in to the video and all I can say is you have the most amazing energy, this is the video I needed..I can tell!
Haha! You’re definitely on my wavelength then 🤔🤩🤩 thanks for watching and the lovely comment, inspires me to keep going! Xx
I have the exact same experience. I am looking forward to get to know you better this autum.
Thanks so much for being here. 🌷🌷xx
Your energy is flowing through your awesome personality and it definitely shows in your journals. Love your videos. So soothing. Subscribed! Thanks for sharing your energy! ✌️👍✍️🎨

I love this idea - I really didn't realize art journaling was a thing.
It's a big thing!! xxx Happy creating!
I found an unused Moleskine at Goodwill. I was doing the happy dance because generally they're so expensive.
I really enjoyed this video. Thank you for sharing with me.
That is a very creative idea with the atlas. Love it!
I just wanted to say: you look like a fairy or something from a beautiful and magic tale. You're a magical person. Thank you.
The sound quality was great, no need to worry about the microphone.
Ok thank you ! 🌷🌷
thats true most of the video i watch art journaling their sound quality is not thats true i have to put a subtitle
I agree :)
Subscribed.
Soft healing g hugs, to easy times... glad you have your creativity 🌷🌷🌷
You have beautiful hair, I love it! Thank you for this awesome video.
Now you’re making me blush! Thanks soo much! 😚😚😚
I thought that about your hair too!
queen of ageing gracefully
Thank you x
This is soooo creative!!
I love your soft voice and how you make beginners feel safe and brave to start something new!✨☘️
I'm so glad! This makes me sooo happy, thank you xxxx see you soon! x
I too have a place to go to which is a second bedroom that I am surrounded by things that make me happy.
thank you xxx and enjoy your happy place!! xxxx
I JUST love the energy. I feel likes we are in a mystery corner and wearelittle fairy's and elfs 🧚♀️💜
I do all the journal things, junk/art journaling. Writing… most of my journaling I do just for me. Once in a while, I may make one for a gift.
I use a lot of different kinds of fallen and dried leaves on my art journal and that makes me feel so good 🌱
That’s wonderful I love leaves 🍁 I sometime use flower petals or pressed flowers and I did collect a leaf off my favourite tree and know what you mean. It’s made me feel good too. Xx
I am grateful to have you, and yeah! you are right, flowers and leaves give us another level of happiness ✨✨
Aww 🌷🌷thank full for you here too. Xx
I have never done this until today ,suffering with mental health I need to see your inspiration so thank you ,I have never been able to draw but it won’t matter in my joirnal .
You are perfect for where I’m at now, writing a book about my father, a mid century artist. Now I will journal to help me process the emotions. Thank you.
So happy, soft hugs,,, xxx
Your British accent is enchanting😍😍, your sound too, and you're very nice
You've encouraged me to return learning pronunciation in British
After two years of learning Italian and Spanish
A huge welcome from Egypt 🇪🇬😊❤️
So glad I found you! Have started to journal again after a drought lasting several years! Thank you for your inspiration!
I am literally happy hearing your voice and looking at you alone 😲🥺🥰🥰 thanks to youtube for recommending me this video 🥺🥺 I really love it 🤎 I do youtube too and I'm excited to reach your level of art 🤎🤎 omg I said a lot already, I'm sorryyyyy, I'm just so happy.
I art journal for my adhd and depression. I love drawing and writing. So this is perfect for me. Just subscribed. Thank you :)
This was such a delight to watch. I love your energy and feel inspired on my own art journal journey. My son makes my journals for me, each one is special. Thank you so much for sharing such an intimate process. 🫶
so glad you enjoyed it and happy journaling to you xxx your journals sound v special indeed x
I'm so glad! Thanks so much for telling me. And, happy creating!! xxx
I just stumbled on your video today and am just overwhelmed with the timing. I have never understood art journaling.. until today. I really needed this today. i am a quilter on “leave” right now. I just need a break. thank you!
I love how genuine you are and how much passion you have for this please keep making videos ❤️
Thanks so much, DQ really appreciate this 😚😚😚 and yes I will, I love doing them, I can waffle on and no one interrupts, lol! 😂
Thank you!!
You are such a pure and adorable person! I love your art too!
Thank you so much elenly, I really appreciate your comment 🙏🙏🌷🌷😚😚 xxx
Happy creating! 🌷🌷
Been just writing my journals but you have inspired me to start introducing art as well 🌞
I’ve also only written in journals in the past, and mostly about what I’m going through with no solutions.
Awww thank you too because this RUclips channel and all of you saved me too! ♥️♥️♥️
Funny how the universe works! You just popped up and it's just what I needed! this is Great! xoxo
👌👌👌😁🦋
same ;-)
Nice to find another journaling bug 🤗 I do journal daily for the past 2 years.
Oh thank you! Yes a journal would be perfect... xx
I have so much "stuff" in folders, how much more interesting they would be in journals! Can't wait to start❣😊
I got weirdly emotional watching you create your collage. I guess you are right! People can get the benefit just from watching. But you do inspire me t get my own art out and get back to it, been too long. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this with us! I am just starting to get into art journaling and I found this very useful.
😚😚I’m glad you found it useful, happy journaling, let me know how you get on. 😚🌷🌷
I send you LOVE,LIGHT,PEACE and good positive vibes❤🌟☮⚡🙏🏻☝🏻
Thank you for this video. It reminds me of how free I was when I was younger. I think I need to revisit some of that inspiration.
Go for it! Thanks for watching xx
I love your videos when you take us to your process. Very inspiring. I have been sheltering in place since Christmas. I'm getting my first vaccine tomorrow. I'm a little apprehensive and this helped me to get my mind off it all. This whole thing and the state of the USA is just so frightening to me. So thanks for the reprieve.
your sound sounds great! and you're a natural on camera, well done x
Thank you 😚😚🌷
I am so glad I found your channel.
I hope you find your joy again in creating... xx good luck
I've been wanting to start an art journal for a while, and your video has just helped me make up my mind - I'm starting one!
Awesome 👏 this makes me soooo happy 😊 it’s so therapeutic and fun. 🌷🌷xx
Wow, amazing, Cherry Berry I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Sooo welcome 🙏😚🌸🥀
I write to release anything that is weighing on my mind, questions and answers, journaling to me is unloading my thoughts. I’ve started this differently by adding washi tape round the edges, pretty card I’m so new to art so by adding in doodles / sketches will be a journey in itself...I find you so inspirational and you have really helped my new way of journaling which I ♥️ thank you 🙏
Great Video! Clear and articulate expression and lots of good pointers on how art journaling can make us feel better. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Helen, much appreciated. Glad you enjoyed it and got some useful tips. 🌷🧁🥰🥰
I can't express how much finding this has ment to..living in a forest isolated from everything because of Covid. Doing my usual artwork is out of the question...I can't afford my wire...ceramics....this I believe will save that side of me that is driven to create.. thank you again...
Everything about your style, studio and soul just seem so beautiful ❤️ Thank you for sharing!
🌷🌷thank you so much Marie, I’m so happy you enjoyed it. Xx
Just found you. Compulsive viewing. No expectations, no judgement - love it. I know I shall be watching more in the future. Tfs
Thanks so much, and see you soon x
You can see in your eyes that you have a beautiful soul thank you for your video
you're super inspiring i'm so glad i came across your channel🥺
Oh good👍👍thank you. You’re v welcome here🌷🌷
Best vid I've seen so far combining art making and combining writing/ Journaling 💖 I'd like to use your declaration?
***little scream*** you're in Glastonbury? That's such a magical place. We visited in 2018 and just LOVED it so much. New subscriber from western Canada.
Hello Canada! Thanks for being here and doing a little scream!! xx
Firstly, I love your voice. It's very soothing and calming. I journaled all my life and never realized that this is a thing people do! Your words just confirmed everything i feel, I've felt and the battles with depression throughout my life. Thank you.
I love using old books for art journaling. I love how the typeface comes through after adding paint or gesso. Love the video. Sound was fine. Ps your hair is amazing 😍
Thanks so much! 😊
Thanks so much for the vid! xx
I hope you have enjoyed it
Wow... I just came across your channel and I love your art and your whole vibe ❤️
OH thank you Xxxxxxx I'm so glad you found your way here. Lots of love xxx
I love your philosophical and self care approach to journaling. Thank you!
your video is amazing and really inspiring, i'm always afraid that my art journal won't look "aesthetic" or something but your confident words helped me a lot
Thanks so much glad you enjoyed it and really happy it helped. Happy journaling from here! 🌷🌷
This is beautiful inspo to be kinder to my highly-sensitive soul.
Hey Kim, awesome 😚😚perfectionism kills creativity... that’s why I love thinking about it in layers... it’s just a layer... glad you found your way here. 🌷🌷
My Craft Buddy and I have one journal labelled "Experiments". Just that label gives us the freedom to play and just ... experiment!
Hi, thankyou for this, I am an Arts practitioner working with Mind the mental health charity in Taunton. I have been doing this remotely, phone calls emails etc and delivering materials to the doorstep! I am delighted to be able to share your video with my group members, its really inspiring and honest too. Love the track at the end. love annie
absolutely inspiring! Thank you for keeping it real.
Sue Thorne oh good, so glad you found it useful, this makes my day so thank you, and yes to real! 🌷🌻🌾xx
I found your videos by pure accident but now I am hooked and have to watch you daily here in Australia. I am an English Lady from Newcastle upon Tyne.
I am creative and spiritual so this is why you relate to me.
I love that you are so authentic.
I've started thanks to you and your inspiration to go on a art journal journey of my higher self connection.
Keep shinning your light and thank you for sharing your journey xx
aww glad to have your company xxx
You are sooooo gorgeous and really talented. Subscribed!
I am also an Artist and Art teacher and when I am making art I feel like I am connected to source. I channel . I start out intending one thing but it comes out as it wishes to and it always feels like it comes from somewhere beyond my consciousness
Oh thank you so much. Yes, it happens like that for me too, often I don’t know who is going to appear. It’s a very magical, sacred process. Thanks for sharing that with me. 🤗 🌷🌷
@@theunexpectedgypsy thank you for such a wonderful channel! (RUclips and the spiritual!) xx
Rewatching all your videos just to get inspired with a lovely cuppa on a Sunday morning cause "why not?" 👏👏😊😘❤️Tanya x
Wow! That looks incredible. The people who inherit your journals will be so in love you. How amazing! Thank you for taking time to share this with us. I really think you would be amazing at making an Oracle deck. I know I would want a deck. 👍
Thank you so much 🌷🌷🤗🧁
Tomorrow is Sunday, Bristol on lock down and feel inspired to grab some supplies and my art journal, oxytocin building.,,..yep doing it. Blessings from my heart to yours 💕 💕 💕

I wish I could art. This sounds like so much fun and cathartic.
I can tell an artist on the path when I see one
'tis a good journey and keeps us "stayin alive"
You are so adorable and a great artist. Enjoy watching your program.
Thank you 🌷🌷
I started an heArt journal 3 days ago and it's going deep. I love it . It's still work though. I experience emotional release and have to fight perfectionism. I think I will write this declaration in it tomorrow. Thanx
Perfect 👌 happy creating 🌷🌷🌷🌷
I bought a journal today. I am working on letting go of something that happened 25 years ago before 9 May 1996! It haunts me so this I believe will help me so much 🙏🌾🌴
I hope you can let it all go 🌷🌷🌷soft hugs on your journey x
@@theunexpectedgypsy 🙏🌴🌾❤
This means so so so much to me. I stopped doing art years ago. I even had formal training in art. Trauma- mental illness- becoming a mom and more trauma sort of stopped me from doing art. Now I am ready to start!!! I tried yesterday and I thought “I suck. I’m no good anymore”. But this really helps me. Thank you. God bless you.
Have been procrastinating to start my art journal...you have put me back on track!!
I did enjoy it and emailed it to some of my friends. Gratitude for giving me a new idea and way to exexpress myself while lowering my stress.
Thank you.
YOu're welcome and thanks for watching xx
You seem like such a lovely human.. thanks for sharing your knowledge, kindness, and creativity with all of us.
