1. I keep a list of unique/interesting names for when I'm naming characters, and "Ollie" felt like a good fit for her. And Scoops was originally "Scoots" then I added the P. I'm not sure where the names came from, I just think about unique names or funny words and if it fits, it fits. 2. What if Scoops is already in a band in catlifornia, and then he starts jamming out with Ollie too, and they enter a battle of the bands and Scoops finds out their opponent IS the other band he's in already and he has to play both sides while somehow keeping his bandmates--and Ollie--from feeling betrayed

I always wonder if this was like a early 2000's cartoon, the characters reminded me of catscratch, Chalkzone , billy and mandy, ed edd and eddy and all those good cartoons from the old days. I would not reccomend letting studios of cartoon network or nikalodeon control this since they lost that "free will" spirit go starting after 2013. I mean cartoons that are for kids and adults are enjoyable, its what made me love cartoons. Not cartoons that are just for kids which gets abit stale when fart jokes are thrown about.
