Chevy 2.8 MPFI V6 Factory Dual Tip Muffler Exhuast Note & Cold Start

This is what a Chevrolet 2.8 V6 MPFI sounds like with the factory dual tipped muffler. The car in this video is a 1987 Chevy Celebrity. They sound so much better than the single-tipped one, I was surprised on how sporty the exhaust note is.

That's what I call GM's "warble-tone" exhaust... certainly a very distinctive sound, which they used for many years, on many different models.

That's why I love 70s and 80s cars. Its stuff like this that makes them unique. Cars of today all have boring sounding factory exhausts.

oh damn my dad has a 1989 cavalier z24 with the 2.8 sounds super nice just like this one. People always think it has a v8 in it.

Now I really wished my 87 Eurosport would fire up on a cold start like this but it doesn't do the high idle cold start like yours does sadly .

U need to listen to mine I have a 85 celebrity 2.8 2 barrel carb with no muffler and I gutted the cat on it and put a dual chrome tip on end sounds bad ass go to my channel listen to it
