To give you an idea, eggs contain 12 grams of protein per 100g (weight), I measured an egg I have at home and it was 25g (cracked), so 1 egg has approximately 3 grams of protein n x3 will make 9 grams of protein, so it isnt high in protein,regardless depending on your protein intake goal! Just thought id share some info :)

Frozen is much more convenient as it’s already sliced and makes meal preps easy for people who have little to no knowledge about cooking but are trying to eat healthy.
drop the rice, use konjac/cauliflower rice or sth if u want, that's gonna dramatically lower the calories. Add more veggies, tons of egg whites for more volume, soy sauce... there u go a high protein low calorie meal.
My guy cool the frozen veggies first add the soy , mix those up , add the eggs while high heat quickly stir them into a scramble and add chicken then rice . That's high protein

The problem with his technique is firstly the eggs are going to overcook long before the frozen veggies even thaw . My method is : By adding the veggies first the oil coats them and fries them to pull out maximum flavour , then he adds the eggs with soy sauce and chicken to cook them till they are done and adds the rice. The flavour palette produced is significantly different for both methods , mine producing a far more edible result. You don't have to be a cook or chef to realise this just have an IQ above 100 which you lack

its crazy i eat this on the regular usually make like big pot 4 eggs 2 chicken breast 4 bacon strips bag of frozen veggies mushrooms potatoes . cooking process 35-45mins i steam and pan fry season with , salt olive oil, butter, basil leaves, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion(if i have not already cut some fresh onions) Advacodos if im feeling luckys (after everything cooked of course) *soy sauce and stir fry sauce optional too
Add some tuna first, before adding the eggs and whatnot, drained and cooked with onions and soy sauce, then the eggs and the rest afterwards, removing the tuna beforehand. Add things together for another addition to the protein category.

I like where your going but safety first. You need to make sure you cook the frozen or thaw first. Then cook the rise on a different pan and once the frozen/thaw food is coke you can add the eggs. So far great job for the motivation.

If you put the vegetables in hot/warm water first then rinse before adding into the pan, it gets rid of the ice and a lot of that frozen texture
