Opps..... I needed to edit and publish that video before that i guess.. .lol so maybe I will post that video next where I work and install the catch cans ) lol
First! Correct parts are always better than buying cheaper parts to save a little money. You will spend more time later down the road fixing it again imo.
Yes, but that’s the point. If you put original/OEM part, you can make only one video, but we like to tinker, DIY and make lots of videos! Plus, Stan mentioned that Good quality parts is the way to go!
I just spent $1200 at a stupid shop that replaced ball joints. Don’t fix it. Then they replaced a shock. Didn’t fix it. Then…full set of upper and lower control arms. Didn’t fix it. I asked them if they were sure they checked for broken motor mounts. Owner do the shop overheard, did the throttle with brake on engine engaged test while the mechanic looked on…engine pivoted like crazy. So NOW…I put motor mounts on myself next week. Mechanics suck these days
wow ! man sorry to hear that... what year / model your truck was ? its sucks for sure .. they just sometimes dont know what they doing or trying to get more money .. but on the good side now you have brand new parts in car ))
@@CardoShaqlaway have you looked at your abs sensors wires ? maybe they got damage snagged or cut ? this could be a reason for both codes if they look good then the sensor itself might went bad
Thanks for walking us through this project, Stan!
