Been eyeballing this for a few months now. I'm typically not big on signature models, but Kurt was the reason I picked up a guitar in the first place so there is a pull toward it. However, I mostly wanted to comment to say your rhythm playing and chord choices are are fantastic.
The reason I started following guitar gear Giveaway was this guitar was in your competitions, I would love to own this guitar 🎸 and hope you do more competition’s of them. Sounds and looks amazing I’m a big Kurt Cobain fan.
Just got mine today from Pitbull Audio... case was broken and pierced during the shipping, but the guitar itself arrived in perfect condition... and it sounds INCREDIBLE!!! Thanks for this great video! 🐺
I recently got mine from sweet water and I can say it is now My favorite guitar. I am a metal player but being born and raised in Aberdeen Washington Nirvana was such a huge influence on me! I had to get one. Hope you are enjoying your jaguar man!
@@davidpggarrett It took awhile due to FedEx insurance, but they did replace it. I was offered either the exact case or a little more expensive PVC Pro case, which is the one I went with. It all worked out in the end!
@@webb-hill1610 I am! This thing growls raw, rough, and ready from the get-go without the use of patches or amp/pedal enhancements... I absolutely both LOVE IT... and RECOMMEND IT!
@@lewolf2884 that’s awesome to hear! And yes! This thing came ready to go in a hard shell fender case and a cool picture book I thought was awesome! The guitar was perfectly in tune when I finally got it all opened up! Now that’s a good guitar! Plugged right in and she sounded brilliant! I was thinking of taking it to the wishkah bridge and showing my respects to Kurt. I live in the same town he was born and raised so it’s cool to go see his memorial from time to time 🤘🏻
So the top selector is for the neck pick up, and the rhythm circuit switch at the top is also for the neck pickup. What’s it actually doing? I’m pretty sure I’ve got the relic version in my collection.

Because Nirvana sucked in the 90s and suck now, no reputable player would show his or her skills playing Grunge. Having said that this guitar is quite nice ironically for 80s hair metal, the Super D was quite popular at the time.

We all know it’s going to do nirvana licks, but people might wanna know can they use it for other things as well. I usually have some stock riffs I play in all my review videos so if you want to compare how this guitar sounds compared to any of the other 50 guitars I’ve done videos for, it’s a good reference point.
