I'm a HUGE fan of yours, Jennifer!! I'm new to raw fooding, and the fact that you have uncomplicated it makes it a LOT of fun and so much easier than I ever thought before. Thank you for being so wonderful and amazing!!!
Oh MAN. As I watch this, from a hotel room in St. Louis on business travel, I'm just drooling! I can hardly wait to get home to my juicer! I'm just starting to learn more about a live/raw food diet, and these videos are great to watch. So, as I'm picking through my room service tray I'm taking notes on how to travel without giving up my health, even for a week on the road! Thank you so much!
This was very helpful. Glad I watched. I'm not a raw food eater. I'm trying to eat clean and those little jars for dressing is a big help. The personal blender also. I am just arriving at smoothies so that looks like a great item to have.
EXCELLENT!!! My husband & I started to be a vegan or eat raw for health issue. We travel sometime & I was so worried on how to eat healthy. I am glad I found you in You Tube. Thank you very much. You save our life.
@cadensmom25 Yes you can. You are restricted to fluids, so you can't have a bottle of water or milk, or ice cream, but you can have your own solid food. Fresh veggies and fruits are considered solids, so no problem with them. Enjoy your trips. ps - milk for baby is allowed.
Thank you for your practical tips. I just got your book 'Raw food made easy' and it is really true to it's name! The recipes I tried so far were very good and I am looking forward to make more of them.
Hi rawfood guru :) great information, thanks. My problem though would be all that amount of plastic material that you use... As a anticrude oil person ( pro green energy) I dont buy any food packaged in plastic which is made from oil..

@ocergnairb All that fat is good for you. WE need good fats, especially Omega-3. She is not using any refined oil in cooking or salad dressings, and she is not using any oil from GM [genetically modified] corn, canola or other crops. So, don't try to avoid ALL fats; your heart is pumping using fat. Use cold pressed [best buy "first press" oils]. Flax oil is the richest and healthiest essential Omega-3 oil; should be used ONLY cold, never in heat-cooking.
My Gosh what did I do before Jennifer!!!??? I love the book and these videos are a bonus!
