When i shoot my products with iphone on white glossy table, with 4 cheap rs 200 led lights( without any modifier) i get lot of flickering, that it becomes impossible to shoot. Can you please help me what can ne done?

My main problem is lighting. My videos are mostly explaining about yoga and philosophy shooting at night time in sitting position. My budget and space is limited appox 3k to 4k. 6:10 far is far far batter even for you man .,... burning effect is so visible on your face... make it alittle soft ..
and now on 8:19 5600K lighting effect is look superb but u chose 5000k yar kon sikha rha hai tme? bai hum ko dikha rhy ho or khud ki video ka bera garak kr rkha hai please hire somone who can review your angels
Chill kar bhai.. Demonstration hai wo.. Thats the entire point.. When I made this video I didn't have a monitor.. So i had to eyeball my exposure.. Thoda clip hota tha isliye, and I am too lazy to correct it in post. Minor issue ko ignore Karo and look at the broad picture.
