I chose ur video to watch first because it's the shortest and appeared to give a broad range of exercises to choose from. Will be looking for more of ur videos, STAT!!! Even though I gather boxing is ur thing, I think u have a HUGE potential if u can come up with a variety of routines targeting different genders, ages and levels. I'm a former athlete in my 50s, rehabbing a number of injuries, so can probably only do a few of ur exercises at the moment... Gotta' start somewhere... @@flashbirdx start out slow and give yourself rest days then after some time push your limits but proper form and rest days are necessary throughout your plan
I did 8-10 reps each exercise and my right hand to God, to complete the entire session it took me 1 and half hour excluding the boxing drill. By the end of the session, I was sweating bullets
