FOO FIGHTERS - Pretender // Drum Cover by Jim Kemble

This is my drum cover of Pretender by the Foo Fighters.
It's not exactly the same as the record as I like to add my own little fills and quirks to things and is all done in one take. I hope you enjoy it and maybe learn something from it.
For anyone interested in the recording process:
- I'm using my practice kit, a Roland TD9 KX2.
- I play along to the drumless music from the amazing RUclips channel @DrumLess (recorded via Audacity and iShowU audio capture for Mac)
- Garage band is recording the midi drums which is then processed through Steven Slate SSD5 drum plugin and then exported to mp3.
- I then process the drumless music with my drum take via Audacity and export to mp3.
- iMovie is used to edit this video together with the finished audio track 😅 (phew!)
