When anti-auditors ask why auditors get money from RUclips or from compensation payouts, the response is to ask why police do their job for a wage and are paid. Why shouldn't someone earn money for the time and effort they put into a task.

Tell them you are filming for a news story. Ask they if they have heard about the story and if they have been briefed about it. Then let them know that the new story was about the police being sued and losing the lawsuit. And when they ask what it was about, you reveal that you were filming exactly as you are doing right now.. Right at this very spot. And you were approached in exactly the same way they are doing right now. And questioned in exactly the same way they are doing right now. See at what point it clicks and they suddenly turn around and leave.

Remember next time that the police pay all costs. So, that should be damages plus all costs and that means all your costs, like phone calls, letters, bus fares, taxi fares, or any cost you experienced with the civil damages claim.

You have such a large following now why do you not get together with other auditors to raise 10,000 signatures and get your solicitor to present that petition to parliament and aim to have the law changed, so that when any police officer/officers abuses their powers the compensation gets paid from that officer/officers personal pocket/pockets. That’s the problem, they never do listen do they. Using a section that was repealed many years before just shows how much of the law these idiots actually know what is currently law and what is not. They will not learn until they actually have to pay themselves for the mistakes they make.

Glad you got compensated and glad you shared it with us. I am getting tired of the auditing community saying things like "I will have your job for this" and "I will make a claim" and then we hear nothing, almost like they have taken the money with a gag order. I thought it was meant to be about the fact that PINAC and our rights. Make the money from you tube and take the money from the police but we are supporting you and I think we need some closure to stories you are telling and let us know what happens so we know justice has been done or they got away with it. This is a great channel and others could learn so much from you.

I will tell you WHY they won’t tell the concerned citizen that it’s OK for Yardlley to film outside. It’s because they won’t be able to look the hero’s who made the bad cameraman to go away. They often abuse a free citizen, so they can get the image of them saving the day.

An absolute victory and great thing that you were compensated for the abuse in the section 44 terrorism act, however the police officers that were actually polite I don't agree that you should treat them like less of human beings by being rude, they are human too and a bit of politeness to the polite officers is needed otherwise why should anyone be polite to yourself? Just some advice with the audits for future maybe

Can I ask, do you intend to audit Surrey Police? I went into Stains police station to deliver a "subject access request" about six months ago and I've never been treated so badly in all my life. They treated me like a criminal justice because I was requesting body-cam footage.
