And also considering dessers missed our only real clear cut chance of the match. I think thats 4 open goals in 3 matches dessers has missed along with 3 or 4 other clear cut chances. He gets his number but you can't ever rely on the guy.
3 clean sheets and 3 wins in a week (Clement 5 away wins in Europe without defeat) - Lyon and St Johnstone at home now, just keep on winning Rangers til we get players back 🇬🇧
Would take a point right now v Lyon. Then win USG and FCSB games and that should be enough for top 16 with anything else a bonus. Though I'd be disappointed if we didn't take any points at Man U at the moment lol! Shame that match is Jan.
Thank goodness for Tommy Lawrence another brilliant strike - 2 match winners in a row in the league, without him we’d be 9 points behind - thankfully Clement is the manager and not Chris Jack 🤣
Tom lawernce offers zero creativity in the 10 role. You do realize the purpose of a 10 is to create chances for the wingers and the striker ahead of him don't you? Of which lawernce has the lowest chance creation of all our attackers, then people wonder why were playing slow with little creativity. Thats before you mention lawernce is about as fast as an old grannies moblity scooter. Need much better than him
@@yogaflame7884 Ah one of the Lawrence haters 🤣 You do realize a number 10 is also expected to score goals don’t you? Lawrence right now due to injuries is the best option at 10 we have, once others are fit Barjami will likely move to 10, and Lawrence come off the bench, but right now Lawrence is the only real goal threat we have outside of Dessers and maybe Bajrami - realize you are praying he doesn’t continue scoring just to try and prove your pathetic point 🤣… Lawrence is not biggest problem in the team… Wake up mate and stop being a hater!
@@andyclelland9771 "oh look a hater", is laughable and stupid talk. Were you saying that in the last 7 old firms lawernce has played and done absolutely nothing in? Hes way too slow, doesnt create any chances, and apart from score the odd rare goal hes a ghost in the team. Him and tav have no right being in this team, theyre old and finished. Time to move on, bajrami must play 10 now
@@yogaflame7884 It's not helpful signalling out individuals in our midfield, it's obvious to a blind man our midfield structurally is not right with the players we have. Playing with a number 10, our midfield 2 of Barron and Diamonde are being overloaded by 3 and 4 midfielders, even against mediocre teams, but especially against the better teams... It is especially obvious against Celtic where McGregor, Hatate and O'Riley/Engels totally dominate our midfield 2... Further, Barron, Raskin, Diamonde, whoever is selected in there as the 2, offer no goal contributions, we simply don't have the quality, depth or the right type of player to compete effectively in this midfield structure... In the meantime, lay-off guys like Lawrence who is playing as the 10 in this system, because there's currently no one else due to injuries elsewhere and he's scoring winning goals just to keep our head above water in this transition season... Even when players are back and Barjami is starting as 10, things are not going to change dramatically, because the structure is not there with players we have. Agree with clement about the penalty coz someone blasts a ball at you at 2yds away unless you try to save it like a keeper that should never be a penalty, its a stupid rule that needs reviewing imo. Every team we play targets the right hand side hope clement has a plan to shore that up
Easy way to shore up our right would be playing Sterling and drop Tavernier. Not only can Tav not defend, his attacking stats this year are poor. Sterling and Cerny/ McCausland on the right side tightens our defence.
That performance wasnt out of the ordinary. You can usually tell within the first 10 minutes of a game, how we are going to play out the remaining 80 minutes. First league match back at Ibrox, get at the opposition, get the fans up on their feet. Everything was slow, sideways passing in our own half, which our opposition love to defend against.
Butland saved our blushes yesterday. Hibs to be fair defended well pushing the wingers inside into traffic. I thought we also defended well, Souttar in particular. But we lack ability middle to front and didn't anywhere near enough chances. Cerny works hard but did little from an attacking perspective.
Tavernier still on the park - along with 2 other natural, faster right back's in the end. "Moving up one"..... affecting the whole shape and flow of the team. That's not a 'big talking point" ? Not a talking point at all?
Hes the elephant in the room no one wants to talk about. Hes the biggest glaring problem at the club right now and its effecting everyone in the team, especially cerny who now has to drop much deeper to cover for tavs lack of pace and also has no one on the right hand side to play off because tavs too slow to offer an overlap option. Then you have morons in the fanbase calling cerny a dud, you couldnt make it up
I'm fed up listening to people bringing up the micro positive points. The Rangers team including the manager are NOT fit for purpose period... They are a inferior product that does not deserve the wonderful loyal support they get. The only consistency is the amount of excuses the are used to justify garbage. They are semi professional and sadly not good enough to dawn a Rangers jersey.
What’s happening with lovelace? And how do you guys feel about hagi? Would he not improve our team surely if he agreed to waive the pay increase we can use him even if it is to sell we will get more money for him playing
tbf m8, the clubs is and has been an absolute shambles this season so he has every right to moan. Lets not lose focus how badly the clubs being ran by this rancid board we have,
Would drop Cerny before he really loses his confidence. Just looks like another player who thanks he's better than he actually is. Can't go past his man, absolutely useless, reminds me of Kent's last 18 months.
You pair are all gloom and doom this morning yes we didn’t play great yesterday but the way we played on Thursday was brilliant they never had much time between then and yesterday we got the three points yeah wasn’t great but we done it stop being so deflated usually love your pod but disappointed this morning ❤️🤍💙
I'm sure there is a player in our b team who would help with goal contributions. Maybe one of international pedigree?
I really don't think we can criticise Igamane when Dessers had no impact whatsoever. He took 20 minutes to touch the ball!
Of course we cant, the guy had no service, and as you say Dessers wasn't that great either.
And also considering dessers missed our only real clear cut chance of the match. I think thats 4 open goals in 3 matches dessers has missed along with 3 or 4 other clear cut chances. He gets his number but you can't ever rely on the guy.

totally agree a draw and 2 wins will be enough. Major doubts if this team is capable of that.

Great show Guys thanks!
Definitely need to play players in their right position. Think the midfield collapsed after Raskin was taken off. Dowell was terrible

Igamane had no service yesterday, no wonder he did nothing, we need to continue giving him game time though.
We are sorely lacking a finisher. Cant stress it enough.
Good evening. 🇬🇧🔴⚪️🔵🇬🇧

100% that's the biggest issue mate. Baffling management.

It was rotten yesterday, but getting the 3pts is all that matters.
Hand ball rule is a joke.
agree
Cerny is a dud. He’ll fade into nothing.
Cerny has zero service due to tav and is having to drop deeper to cover for tav. Take tav out the picture and cerny will improve tenfold.
If that’s at the other end. No penalty. Guaranteed. This is the problem in Scottish football when Rangers are concerned.
Lethargic, predictable and boring. If Hibs equalised yesterday we had absolutely nothing to reply with. Just awful.
Its a pen … but the point is, would Clancy have given that against Celtic at Celtic Park? No, of course he wouldnt …
What’s happening with lovelace? And how do you guys feel about hagi? Would he not improve our team surely if he agreed to waive the pay increase we can use him even if it is to sell we will get more money for him playing
Surely Hagi's agent should have sorted this out, A good players career being wasted.
This new intro 😂
Tavernier, oh dear, oh dear
I think I see Clement too much. I'm really getting sick of his whining about this and that. Every interview has something he's moaning about.

He went past 2 players there yesterday 1 after the other and got his cross in......
❤️🤍💙
We made a huge mistake not signing sima
We couldn't afford him and the guy is injury prone as well.Plus he's away playing in a better league and in the Champions League
you need money to buy quality, we have no money.
