“To avoid this issue again” (the one where I’m wrong and you’re right) … please obey my directives without question - even if I’m not wearing the right uniform, rude, chewing gum and more.

It's NARCISSISM. They believe they are important, bright, dominating, bullying and always right. Abusive partners.
"Absolutely fine" means they tried something, and fucked up. An excuse for being WRONG.
No proper answers, just mind tricks and excuses. Next time they use the "What if..." bollocks,
answer: "What if it was 65 million years ago and we are both dinosaurs?"
      Repeat until they fade...

It is why the yellow box is marked where it is...to ensure vehicles do not stop on the sensors...! As is understood by any sane road users, there are always logical reasons why you don't park in a yellow box. In this case, it is because that is the area where the gate sensors are located...! Perhaps if you had pointed that out to the officer, he may have been a bit more amiable slightly sooner... plus he would have learnt something important that he could use in his daily life...!!

When you said, "you just have to be right", that is gold! You hit the nail on the head, 99% of auditor interaction with the police results in the police condescending to the public because they truly believe they are 'better' than the general public.
They literally cannot help themselves from being ignorant, egotistical and rude. De-escalation is quite simply not in their training, if it was they would know when to just walk away.
But alas, no, they all feel that they have to have their word heard because they are so much more intelligent than the general public.

Their version of events is almost exclusively twisted by them to support their narcissism. They clearly all have a problem recalling facts, even only moments after an encounter. How can police evidence in court ever be considered competent or truthful.

I don’t think cops know how these cameras work. For any cop watching ,cameras record events and these days record sound ,that includes speech. That makes lying particularly absurd .

Some times I think if the police had another Brain Cell it would be lonely. Now hang on a moe Yardley since when have the police ever been wrong every thing they say is gospel, they know what they are talking about. They spent six months at Hendon and know everything, where as an electrician spends something like 2 years as an apprentice to learn the job sit an exam to become an electrician. You ain't got a clue mate (I'm being ironic by the way)

Anyone like to guess what the auditor would have said if one of the police officers told him to go away?
