Hi Neela! Thank you for the prompt reply! I’m tracking in my fitness pal and I’m maintain my carb intake. Mostly on track, some days less than required and some days 4-5% more. I have done my physical last year and everything is fine. Overall, I am a pretty healthy person. I have been in the 150lb range since the past 6-8 years.

Iam Mrs.Daniel...yes u can do ten thousand steps per day..I was 82 kg...I drastically reduced my weight to 65 now..
I cut most of the carbs...I increased proteins, veggies,fruits..I only walked ..not Only I reduced my weight...my thyroid levels became normal,my leg pains vanished,..I had umbilical hernia doctor told to operate..but I got completely healed after my weight loss..👍
