I just recently got introduced to this incredible band. The first two songs I heard were Welcome Home and The Suffering. After hearing those I songs I just started writing and came up with a masterpiece I'm putting together for the band I'm in. We play a variety of rock and metal subgenres and take songs we like and try to rearrange the notes to create our songs but also mimick vocal tones to elevate our own songs and really put our style of blending our influences together while staying original. Coheed has become a major influence on me in expanding my writing and playing. Our influences is constantly growing. I just keep diving more and more into how Claudio creates music. As a band me and my band mates have explored many many concepts and the Coheed style is becoming a huge part of our up coming work. We do record here and there when we feel we have something awesome and can afford to record. It's awesome being apart of a band that just plays for fun and isn't restricted. We are currently working on an album that's just a mix of different styles, that tells a story of the world and real life and the things we have lived through. We have songs that were inspired dark times people close to us went through. Even with the darker more tragic events we still want to have an uplifting positive message to never give up and incorporate our beliefs as Christians as well. Thank you to Coheed and Cambria for the great music, the stories and the influence to continue to expanding as a writer, drummer and person. I wish y'all the best and look forward to new music from your creative minds and other future creative ventures and God Bless.
This interviewer is great. Claudio doesn't often seem too at ease in interviews but this guy did a great job and is clearly an actual fan.
