TODAY WE HAVE SET THE PUNISHMENT FOR FAILURE OF THE LEGO GAME CHALLENGE! But there is no way we hitting 600K before that so I'm not scared at all.... at all. Anyways today I got the platinum trophy for Lego The Hobbit, this is the infamous game based upon The Hobbit movie. And it was uh sort of cool, but lowkey I almost fell asleep playing it.

You do realise that final fantasy has 16 main games (not including spin offs or sequels to the main games) two of the 16 being mmo's with final fantasy 14 still on going as a mmo and being updated with new content and dlc right?
They ain't that good
The reason the game ends abruptly is because Lego ran out of the licence to finish the final film of the hobbit trilogy so they released the game as was and I think they planned on adding the final mission in free dlc but didn’t get the licence back.
Well now they got the license back in 2024 so why can't they go back to it because there already making lord of the rings sets again.
That does kind of bother me. I hope some day they port Lego lord of the rings over as well as you can’t buy that anymore and package them together in one Lego middle earth package - I don’t like the show but they could even add rings of power dlc if they want.

I would very much like to see because I am also on the grind to get them all. Except for vr one because I don't own vr, so far 1-3, 7, 8, 10, 15, 16, Stranger of Paradise, world of final fantasy and crisis core reunion done.

Actually, this is because this game only covers the first two Hobbit movies. They released it on time for the third Hobbit Movie, the one where Smaug is actually killed, hoping to release the third movie as DLC, but the game bombed so badly in sales that they canceled the DLC so this story will forever be incomplete. :(

It would be interesting to see a remake of the Hobbit, maybe like the Skywalker saga where it’s a reimagining of the Hobbit in Lego with new levels and a new overworld and the last movie included. Maybe do it for LOTR too. Probably won’t happen, but would be really interesting
I read somewhere that the DLC was cancelled because TT lost the rights to the Middle Earth license.

Nice, the lego hobbit is a pretty underrated game in my opinion!
Only problem is that the devs lost the rights halfway through development so the game wasn't finished which really sucks. The mechanics are really well thought out though.

yeah the game's pretty good but the thing it's adapting is just terrible which makes the story levels boring and unintriguing
Tried platinum then a trophy where you have to complete every side quest glitched i gave up
Honestly the world missions were a lot more interesting than this video gives them credit for. I loved wondering around this version of Middle Earth and doing side missions so much I did all of them on accident
