Every time I get to that screen or troubleshoot and I tap troubleshoot reset this PC never pops up on my flex I've gotten into that screen multiple different ways using the pinhole using the shift button and restart and none of it when I hit troubleshoot will pop up reset this PC. Please help me

After choosing the Local reinstall under Reset this PC. I get a Message "There was a problem resetting your PC."

press and hold alt + crtl then do a restart. the problem with mine is that it says additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed, free up some space and try again.

Thnx for the info. Things go as you explained up until the reset. It never makes it past 1% and gives me the message that something went wrong and nothing was changed. I bought this used from a guy I can't find and I don't have a disk or flashdrive with windows on it. Any advice? 😢
