Made these today and they tasted marvelous! Only thing I did differently was used half of a 8oz package of cream cheese and about 3 table spoons more of powdered sugar for the topping. I'm glad I did as I think I would have come up a little short getting as much frosting on the rolls as I like. On a whim I added a teaspoon of vanilla. Yes I knew it would give the frosting an off white color but I like the taste. I did also round up on the cinnamon and sugar in the filling... love the gooey on the bottom of the rolls! Thanks for posting!!

This recipe was amazing omg but something I did different was the filling, instead of sprinkling the cinnamon sugar on I made more of a frosting kinda so basically I used brown sugar, regular sugar, butter and cinnamon still came out amazing

This is the best recipe for Cinnabon i have ever made , the tip for pouring heavy cream on top is great to keep it from crusting and give it a nice color as well, another tip from me is to bake it at 180 c , till it is lightly browned from outside , it is best when it is medium rare Also frost it as soon as it comes it of the oven
