I don't think this fight is outside the realm of possibility. Stylebender could easily put on an extra 40-50 pounds. Maybe not easily but definitely by the time he's looking to make this fight. His frame looks like it could handle it and I doubt he would see any negative side effects like loss of endurance or speed. When he's got the weight he'll have a chance.

I respect both fighters (Jon&Israel) but I believe Jon will destroy Israel. Israel will need to beef up a lot and that might take something away from his fighting style. And to be honest, that matchup would be great for the sport but I believe 2-3 years from now in the making.
