Basically the picogram measurement is not a measurement of the actual PEDs being used but of an enzime produced by the body as a result of the PEDs. It would usually be in higher quantities if actively doping. As a result of doping the body will occasionally pulse with this enzime well after someone quit doping. So Jones (in this instance) likely didn't take any PEDs and the quantities measured were so low and were likely a result of a flare up. This likely provided Jon Jones no advantages.

Basically the picogram measurement is not a measurement of the actual PEDs being used but of an enzime produced by the body as a result of the PEDs. It would usually be in higher quantities if actively doping.
As a result of doping the body will occasionally pulse with this enzime well after someone quit doping.
So Jones (in this instance) likely didn't take any PEDs and the quantities measured were so low and were likely a result of a flare up. This likely provided Jon Jones no advantages.
