The testament to Jones' longevity is the fact both his opponnet Chael and Chael's student Hall are retired, while Jones is still a champion. Remarkable.
He’s more than a decade younger than Chael.
I mean, they're both older than Jones. Chael has over a decade on Jones, and a career spanning over 20 years. Jones was the youngest champion of all time, and at this point very early in his career, so it makes sense that he'd still be competing after the other guys retire.
Don’t forget the 3 year layoff getting “HW ready” 😂
@djvernski2049 Yup, and he's already floating retirement after his next fight. Chael retired at 42 after a 22 year career. Jones has another decade before he matches the true GOAT in terms of career longevity 😆
Uriah Hall looked like Thanos in this season. Smh had so much potential
Crazy to see an episode without drama and so much respect towards each other! That’s leadership
Hearing Jon talk about not fucking around and how he eats clean and all that knowing what we know now is so funny 😂
The coaches challenge had me ROLLIN🤣
I have great respect for Chael Sonnen for taking the fight on short notice and to fight such a younger fighter ,more distance, etc. Jones displayed great leadership, but so did sonnen. Awesome guys. Mad respect for both of them.
i'd give my life for be trained by jon jones , my favorite fighter . From him i used many combos . The greatest , the goat , skill , power , elegance , technique , speed , fantasy . He's got all
He doesn't use combos lol
31:42 Jon is such a GOAT that even though it was Hall that did the work, Jon won the fight by knockout. Legendary
LOL nice catch
Larone thank you for all your hard work and time you put into these videos i watch and re watch them all the time to just go back to those times 😊
5:42 THIS MAN JON JONES AS SAVAGE AS EVER😂😂😂
Whoever yelled forrest when jones was running away was hilarious!!😂😂
The way he ran off the stage after loosing to the bowling party was hilarious 🤣
Jon Jones has extremely sharp mind. Not just "for a UFC fighter", man is incredibly intelligent and smart.
Its good seeing this side of jon, in contrast to the negativity we usually hear
4:38 that edit cold ah 🥶 Then cutting to Jon for reaction 😅 Ruthless. Absolutely ruthless 😂
RIP Josh Samman. I really loved watching that guy fight. He was a really good writer as well.
Chael bowling had me absolutely dying! 😆
He's big and strong enough to just throw it across half the fucking lane, skipping the bowling bit and going straight for the pins, LMFAO
They coached and coexisted really well, good sportmanship, and of course they can sell a fight.
Two things one can tell. Chael battles with his deep admiration for Jones and at the same time his belief that he is the best. Literally hates himself for how much he loves jon... but also the unbelievable ability dudes have to maintain a healthy relationship through the most confrontational of circumstances. Imagine if it were the rousie and Nunez? 😂
Lol . Nothing is a battle for Chael.
This channel deserves 2 million + subscribers. Amazing work as usual man. You make us all go down history lane.
Chael sonnen will never forget that beating jones gave him🤕
"He's 9-2 and he's divorced with 2 kids"
"Oh alright, so he's used to fighting"
Jon jones is so awesome! He's my favorite UFC fighter!
I'd agree, if the ped cheating and eyepokes weren't a thing.
@@diggie9598 “the eye pokes” 🤣 relax.
@@diggie9598 They all take PEDS buddy. Even playing field
@@KrikZ32 He said his Favorite UFC fighter not his favorite Citizen
9:27 one of the best knockouts of the decade arguably
its crazy how hes so chill and well spoken normally then he just has these crazy episodes outside of the ring.. just goes to show you never know whats going on in someones head
'As long as I believe in you, you've got nothing to worry about, my friend'
*Cuts to him being erased, his toes curled, with a single jump knee, immediately after*
They didn't show it but at the end of the coaches challenge, Jon jumped out of the crane, came back for his stash and ran
Don't forget the oblique kick he threw to the camera men
in the bowling segment. Jones literally crossed the line every time. All those bowls would be considered Fault
How is he supposed to win if he doesn't try and cheat?
man, they are fighters not bowlers give him a break lol.
Yeah man this is crazy. I'm gonna start calling out DC in his golf videos when he tees ahead of the markers. Bound to make some new internet friends and create discussion this way!
bro i love the relationship between jon and chael in this, jon mentioned he didn’t wanna be buddies with someone he’s fighting but chael making them friends whether he likes it or not hahaha
13:50 Jon ran off like the dude from Friday who cried in the car 😂
