After nearly two years of development, the infamous DB Breaching axe is DONE! Named "knock knock", these are all built from Monstrously thick 3/8" thick 80crv2 high carbon steel. The blades where all waterjet cut for a more accurate final product, and the handles have also been cut for time savings. The Handles have been bolted on with 10 T15 torx bolts because overkill. The tomahawks/hardware have also all been cerakoted for added protection against corrosion. The sheaths on these are kydex with a two part mechanism that opens to allow the tomahawk to be easily deployed whilst protecting the user from the edge and spike. these weight in at a whooping 800grams each and are a hair over 300mm long.
Thanks for watching and I hope you all enjoy the video

I've been looking for a combination fridge defence ankle shaving implement. This is perfect.
That fridge was tougher than I thought. Took the hits like a champ
Bacon Bits ...The heavy metal music made the fridge stronger! 💪
This is easily the best video on the interwebs. Your attention to detail is outstanding, just wow. Great stuff, TY!
This man has mad grinding skills
my girlfriend has mad grinding skills too
I agree about your girlfriend she’s got mad grinding skills.. 👌
Great final look on the axes. I kept on wanting to comment on which one looked the best, but they all looked awesome.
6:21 was amazing. I've done this (purely accidental) before. It has to do with being in the zone and aware of everything that's going on around you
Super spidey sense lol
Dom your work is fabulous my friend
Exceptional product, well designed and beautifully made. Well done Sir!
Great piece !! Tactical with the synthetic scales.....make a woodsman with natural scales and leather sheath.

"how many machines do you want that can rotate sandpaper?"
DB blades: YES
That sheath is genius!
Love it but i always use the back of the hatchet as a hammer for tent pegs and stuff. Love the vids great work.
I might do that as an option down the road
Nice job. Looks very similar time CKRT chogan.
Amazing job! You have a new subscriber!

amazing brother as always
thanks Chris
Mom's poor printer to print Christmas cards LOL
That's a personal axe every firefighter should have.... Way to go!
Capt Klepper a fireman wouldn’t carry a tomahawk.
@@foretell6819 tell you the truth, that is what we call a truckman's axe. And yes, I have one similar. It's used for salvage, overhaul, and also ripping thru sheetrock.
Cool!nice work
Artisan at work.
He's a monster! He's a wreckin' machine!
Pay attention on the band saw is awesome!
Those axes are beutiful!! Not sure about the grey and blue one, but the rest are jaw dripping, especially after seeing your destruction test!!! A random question, but what full face respirator are you using when doing the grinding? Thanks for the video 👍👍👍👍👍
Good stuff.
Wow.... Figured I'd skip through most the process and see finale product but ended up watching the whole process( besides the leg shaving deal lol. I skipped through that.) Awesome video and tool man. Thought I liked the black on black till I see the white and blue. Very nice work and tool. Love to have one but nevertheless have four kids so I can only admire them from the distance.
these are friggin gorgeous. love the design the only thing for my preferences, would be to not have holes drilled in no handle. longer handle and maybe grind in some notches so the kydex would still fit....but that's just me i break things
thanks for the feedback :)
Hey man, I’m just getting into knife making. As an Aussie, where do you buy your hardware for your knife handles and hatchet handles from?
You should make a version with wood scales and a leather sheath.
VERY good hands at 6:20 mate!!
You went full J Neilson on that fridge mate
what can I say....it was a dogshit fridge
@@armageddonknives Yeah. If the beer ain't cold, the fridge must die.
Não sei se é
funcional, mas artisticamente ficou ótimo ..
Good job !!!
thank you
fine craftsmanship
thank you
@@armageddonknives welcome bro
Wow don't hurt the hawk looks like the fridge wins! Lol
This is art
thank you
Nice, it's a mini maul.
Hi, axe cool, what kind of music is playing, when cutting the printer? Who is the performer.
sorry man I don't know. its just some random royalty free music I pulled off the net. its called death and destruction if that helps
Looks mint.
thank you
I like a really thick blade knives. You don’t see them that thick typically, which is why I started making my own.
Ian Holmen cold steel SRK in cpm 3V are pretty thing, at a 1/4 inch

Do you know about dlc coating? It lasts wayyyyy longer than cerakote. The blades look awesome.
I know its been a year. But are you making anymore of these?!?!?!
What steel alloy did you use to make these tomahawks?
Can I ask is it for sale too or just an art for show. If for sale please advise I am interested. Thanks first.
Very good job! i like! J'en veux une, quel est sont prix?
Sooo, what were you doing during the 2 years development time???
Looks good. Couldn't pay 722 as I only paid around 300 for my zt and it v4 steel
You could market those a tacti-cool axes or zombie killers and sell a ton. Nice work.
Мy God ! That tomahawk is exelent ! How much does it coast ?
Tu video esta genial amigo… cuanto tiempo te tomo hacer todas las piezas ?
Me encanto la parte del test …

Dude! Can you make an in depth vid on how you made those axe sheifs because I’m a fellow knife maker and I use kiedex as sheif material too!
Do you mean a sheath?
Senorpickle 420 that’s the word!
Damn bro lol those bad boys have some meat to them. You'll be hard pressed to break or damage those hatchets. Great job
How many inches wide is the ax blade? How many inches long is the ax handle?
You really missed an opportunity to play "Still" by Geto Boys when you were smashing the printer like they did in "Office Space" 😂. RUclips probably wouldn't have allowed it but it would have been killer. Awesome builds, btw.
I like it!!!!
great work mate! and awesome demonstration haha, loved it!
p.s. any idea when you will have some more beads up on the store? keen to buy some.
thanks man. I'm hoping to get more done before November. otherwise definitely before christmas
Amazing Dom, the process is making you as much as machine as the ones you are using! Did you get them sprayed with Cerakote (etc equivalent) or DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating?
thanks man. I got these all cerakoted. I wish i could do dlc but thats not really an option here in Australia
DB Blades All good man, it’s tough shit! I like the look of their air cure line for spraying a couple of blades...I’m an auto body rep for Axalta coatings (formerly DuPont) by day so I am pretty sure I can get it to lay down and stay on with good prep. 👍
Where did you get your Eat,Sleep,Grind shirt
