So far profit is $5/day. Once KDA heads back up in price to where it was, it would be $10-$12/day.
I wouldn't suggest selling KDA, it's a hold for sure! Just wanted to test everything out first.

@@imamali2034 I've ordered multiple miners from them. They also use the same interface and backend as Goldshell. So they are legit. I wouldn't ever promote anything that's a scam, also I wouldn't have my miners in hand haha

The reject rate is about 10% which drops it to about $4.40, minus electricity at $.1 its about $3.90-$4 a day at the current price.

if you use the "Bitmain Power Supply" does that just plug right in and start up without the bridging? I am having a hard time figuring out the power supply as I have a corsair rm750. This is my first miner and im pulling my hair out lol any input would be nice!

quick question, Ive been using a server PSU to power my KB box pro, but ive noticed that the cable gets really hot a begins to melt. do you know where I can find a PSU or cable that can handle 250W going through each PCIE cable?

Hi Jimmy, I’m having issues adding it to the pool. After I unlocked the miner, and created a pool name, and click add, but it’s not adding, it’s showing inactive, keep rendering and not able to add. Did you have this problem?

Sorry for the dumb question, but 1800w seems high. Is that safe on a regular household outlet?
the psu wont draw that much unless you have 8 boxes hooked up, but i think (am not american) that 1800w is a lot. would be fine here in the uk where we have 13amp sockets by default but i think yours are only 11amp. and you guys use 110v rather than 240v as well so yeah...

I've connected power to outlet and one of the line from the power box to the miner. I have also connected the cat 5 cable from miner to computer and opened advanced ip scanner and opened the correct ip and screen took me to goldshell home page but in mining status it states miner pool is not ready yet, make sure miner is fully constructed and connected to a router. At this time there was no chart showing anything being mind. What I did next was I took the cat 5 cable out from computer and connected it to router but the goldahell screen said this site can't be reached. Any suggestions as to how I can get miner to mine ?
The ethernet from the miner is to your internet box right? Not your computer...
But yea, ip scanner should find your Miner and click the down arrow. Then double click on that http and it's the dashboard. Many of my video show this.

Hello all,
I am having what seems to be an unique mining problem. I recently bought a Goldshell KD Kadena miner box and it’s having issues. It seems to work fine for about 30 seconds then the light above the power input turns from green to red and pools lose connection (everything stops working) The light at the top remains blue. My eithernet cord has blinking green/yellow lights throughout and plugged into my modem/router. Thank you for any help. I believe it may be my power supply not being enough but it’s the one that came with it.

It’s an antenna you screw it into the port on back of the kd box

Hi Guys, I'm having some trouble getting into the IP adress of the miner. Miner iP shows up but when trying to connect it doesn't. Any Idea what could be wrong? Should I open a port (which one?) I Know helium miners need port 44158 open but can't find anything on the KD Box. Thanks a lot.

If you wifi anneutor then connect to KD WiFi and config...
so once you setup this miner you can unplug it, move it around, and when you plug everything in again and turn it on it'll automatically start mining?
Yep! So I can get it connected to the pool at my house then drive it to the mining facility or friends house, plug in and it's going.

(Question) Jimmy - thanks for the vid - just received my EVGA gold 650 PS and Mini Doge miner from Goldshell but I don't understand how to connect the power supply. Input to the Goldshell mini-DOGE is a 6 pin male and my 650 PS has multiple output connections but I don't have a 6 pin to 6 pin cable. EVGA 650 PS has output connections for 6 pin SATA, MB, 6+2 pin VGA1 and 8 pin CPU1. Not sure if I need some sort of adapter. ** Do I connect the 650 EVGA power supply 6+2 pin VGA1 output to the Mini DOGE 6-PIN power input? That's the only connection I see will work. THANKS ??
Yes, all you need is 6 pin. Ignore the extra 2 pin

It uses 200 watts period. That means 200 watt-hours per hour, 200 watt-years per year, 200 watt-minutes per minute, etc.

@@tejaane ok so basically an ASIC miner usually can mine a single mining algorithm. There are a few exceptions of miners that can mine 2 algorithms but it's not the norm.
Take for example the KD-BOX: It mines Blake2S, which is kadena's algorithm, and that's the only coin it can mine.
Due to the low max hashrate, how long do you estimate it will last?
The machine itself? I feel quite a while. More than enough time to ROI and accumulate for when KDA price flexes its muscles.

Get at least a 750 watt PSU if you want to run all 3 on same outlet. 110V is fine for these.

If you would have just bought $2500 of Kadena instead during this time(price was about 50 cents) you have have made a profit of about $28k if you sold at its current price of $24.65. In comparison, One of these miners is worth about 8-10k right now
I did all of that. I mine and invest. Bought kda low, bought the kdbox low, still mining and still holding all.

Yes, just make sure PSU has enough power for everything and hit that 80% threshold for PSU. 750 watt PSU =600 total watts used

DXpool has a higher reject rate because the servers are in China. If you're outside CN, use a different pool
