So, the vein will not work. It is permanently closed. This treatment will not rectify the valves but completely closes the vein

That entire vein has to be closed off, basically killing the vein. Your body eventually reabsorbs it. So, it might almost feel like a rod floppin' around for a while until it does. They inject a saline/anesthetic solution surrounding the vein to keep it from overheating. It really does not hurt at all. Maybe just a slight warming sensation.

@@kcg795 do you feel better after getting it treated? Is your circulation better or do you feel worse to me it looks like it can make circulation worse. To me it just sounds weird leaving a dead vein inside of the body like that. My legs are already heavy because of the varicose veins. It just feels like it will be even heavier with that dead vein sitting in there. I also don’t see how it just can get absorbed by the body.

Pretty close to $6,000 for both legs, including foam sclerotherapy and a micro stab phlebectomy on my left calf, before insurance. My estimate with a $2,500 deductible was around $4,400 total. I still haven't got the full bill. Right leg ended up being around $680 instead of the $1,800 and something that was quoted. I'm still waiting for a statement for the remaining bill. I'll update you when I get that. In the end, it's worth it.

Update! My insurance fucked me. Apparently, I enrolled with a plan that was not in network with the vein clinic and this plan doesn't cover out of network. So my bill came to $5,500 and they set up a payment plan for me. I thought I was getting the same plan as I had last year. Last year's plan approved the procedure. I had the procedure done this year and that's when I found out I'm not on the same plan as I was.

Yep, it's unbelievable to watch my veins fade away into nothing, as the days go by. And talk about forgetting about the pain! Look, it's not for everyone, but after go’ogling Mabel Ridenbel's Vein Solution my legs have never been healthier after 4 weeks.
