@@jschnabelgaming This is probably late and you prob already figured it out.. Their is 2 different Moon spells.. Rennala's Full Moon and Ranni's Dark Moon. I had the same problem and I thought the trophy was bugged. If you havnt figured it out yet then hopefully this helped.
Just to add here. I had a lot of trouble getting the Turtles to spawn for the puzzle for Ranni's Dark Moon. Best advice I've seen which worked for me was to walk up to the statue that gives you the puzzle prompt and the door, after using the site of grace. The site of grace seems to bug the quest. I also only had to kill the first turtle and the door opened, without saying it had opened. Basically just keep resetting the quest at the statue, after you fast travel or use the site of grace.

I went up to the statue read it and went on to find the turtles I went to the right side of the tower first and found a GIANT turtle on side of cliff as I killed it and fell to the death I spawned and puzzle was solved 🤩😂
Don’t use the grace, and there is a high chance the second turtle (one not behind the tower or in the sky) is already dead for some reason, so if he isn’t there just move on

It may take a few tries, for me I jumped on it once and I got a message saying the seal on the rise opened. FYI mine was bugged and I couldn’t see the second or third turtles, never did.
The third one wouldn't spawn in for me, but the other two did. I used the jump pad and, after about the third jump, it opened the seal. Thanks for mentioning this! You're a life saver.
This is on PC but: I just got the last one, Elden Stars, and the achievement did not pop. I checked and checked again..I have all of them. Any fix for this?
Ranni 's Dark moon is annoying AF because the last one flying turtle is not spawn. But Finally I found some solution here. Just try to teleport anywhere but choose some grace pretty far away from the quest area. And teleport back and run to that location again if you bring some luck that turtle will spawn for you
I can't get Ranni's Dark Moon because the turtle in the southeast of the area won't spawn. I've killed the other 2 already. Anyone else had the issue or found a solution? It's stopping me from getting the Platinum, driving me insane at this point.
I wouldnt be surprised if its broken for you that one wasn't there for me either but when i killed the flying turtle it opened I still dont get how this game got a perfect score in running in to some many bugs and frame drops but I still like playing it
Could u explain to me how to get all endings? I have them lined up, but i dont get the save data, i saved a file to online and my system, but how do I open that up to reload from there
This didn't work for me personally, but I just quit and reloaded my save, tp'd to the tower, checked the sign and all the turtles were there. Don't fast travel, it'll mess it up
There is more than one dragon communion location??? I thought it was just the one with the 3 only spells in the game at the limgrave location..what the hell man..

interact with the imp statue again after resting for 3rd safest way is: wait until nightfall - rest again - talk to imp statue - go to turtle. That fixed it for me
How did you get to that place in liurnia I could not for the life of me find where it is(I mean just the location on top with the buildings in the bottom left of Liurnia)

If you’re still having trouble, quick travel to the grace near the door and read the hint again and it should spawn back the missing turtles
I'm trying to make a bleed build with either incantations or sorcery for aoe and ranged situations. what would you recommend? (especially for aoe)

FOR MISSING TURTLES DO THIS METHOD 100% WILL FIX interact with the sign again after using the site of grace it spawns the missing turtles
Using any site of grace or fast travelling messes it up

When I killed the big dragont it didn't unlock it for me

You need to interact with the thing telling you to find great beasts for them to spawn
For me only the second one I have no idea why...

I defeated Greyoll and got the dragonhearts and everything but when I go to the church it doesn’t show up. Every other incantation does.
