I am a delivery driver for FeDex. One day, suddenly, coming from no where I started having the worst pain on my left wrist. I am zero flexible so I could not do the exact exercise this Doctor recommends but let me tell you, I tried 3 times in 2 days and the pain was GONE. Even like 20 minutes after the first time you try it.....the pain was getting less and less painful. The day before I try it I could not even check the phone with that hand. I am amazed by the result.

I understand exactly what you mean. I tried a little but couldn't bend it back as far as she does. Already painful. Not sure , maybe I'll try a little way back each day and see (feel) what happens...

I had tendonitis for 2 week now. This one seems helping me with more movements
Wow! This worked IMMEDIATELY 1st time! I can rotate my wrist fully now and the pain is only warm and slight. Just before the exercise, trying to even bend it was difficult and the pain was sharp and excruciating. Will keep this up, marvellous.
I have been suffering from thumb (Carpo Meta Carpal) joint arthritis pain for a few years. I also developed wrist pain, which I assumed was due my CMC joint arthritis, but lately I began to suspect I had wrist tendonitis. When I saw your video, I started doing your recommended exercise. WOW! At first I could feel the "burn" of my tendons stretching (it's a familiar feeling because I do rotator cuff stretches). And then, when I relaxed the tension, the pain was noticeably reduced!! I would say this exercise works! Thank You.

I have been suffering from Tendonitis for the past month. After watching this video, I just tried this stretch exercise. I did it 2 times, what a miracle the pain disappeared. You can't stretch as shown in the first go. Please take any good pain killers before doing this exercise and gently increase the stretch. It works..Thank the doctor and the team for this video...❤
I'm looking forward to trying this more over the next few days. I was hopeful the pain I've had over the last 8 weeks would magically go away after one exercise like a lot of these comments, but that wasn't the case for me. I will stay with it and give you all an update in a few days!

Been having this pain for 3 weeks, despite of went to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), drink medicine and paste balsam stripe. TCM gave me 50% improvement, icepack gave me 20% improvement, and your method give me another 20% improvement right away after i tried this first time. Will do for 3x a day, hope to get these 100% recovery soon. Thanks so much

This is pretty amazing! I have been suffering with wrist tendinitis for about a yr, the doctor wants to do surgery an cut the tendon.... not wanting to do this plus the cost....

How often do you do it? I've just done it for the first time and I can feel it
Pain in hand Monday through to Thursday, at first thought it was carpal tunnel, but then symptoms for tendonitis seemed to fit better. Found this video, did exercise in full on Thursday, and very briefly Friday, by end of Friday pain gone.
Has you pain ever recurred or recovered completly from it?

first felt rather tight and throbbing` really low pain.. 12 hours later 85% improvement` 24 hours later 95% improvement, now a full 2 days later Im shocked to find I have no pain and 99% mobility. Hope to see more from this chap.

How many time did you do it a day?
@@mattiacorsaro5114 3 times a day- first time was stiff and and took it easy on the push back.i still do the exercise about every 3 days and have very little if any pain still have 90% mobility--

How long should we do the exercise?
With the comments saying this works, I hope it works because I’m a tennis player hoping to be number one in the tennis team next season in varsity girls tennis. When I started to play hard, my wrist would just ache and tell me to stop playing.
I have wrist and maybe forearm pain for months now... Done this and it helps a bit. As well as infrared sauna. Can't lift weights :(

ich habe jetzt schon länger eine sehnenscheidenentzündung in beiden armen und ich bin mit der behandlung meiner orthopädin nicht zufrieden, beziehungsweise hat sie mir keine physio übungen zu der Kortisonbehandlung gegeben, zusätzlich habe ich ein paar fragen.
kann es sein, das die schmerzen die ich jetzt habe durch verkürzte sehen kommen durch das stilllegen des armes?
und soll ich zusätzlich zu der übung kühlen?
Fuck....magician....i couldn't lift my bat while playing cricket....i got hurt 10 days ago and went through almost every video...nothing helped and your demonstration get me out of pain instantly...now going to smaaash the ball tomorrow morning....Bless you Godly people...
This hurt so much but the soreness was HALF in just a minute, gonna do this a couple times a day and see if it fixes

I feel less pain resting, which is great, but it feels a bit more sore now and I still experience numbness. I am just scared to mess something up, so I wanted to know under which circumstances it can mess something up.
Numbness as in when I touch some parts of my skin on my hands, arms and wrists, not numbness inside.
I am in hospital for something else, so I am not able to see a specialist.
Was starting physiotherapy this week, but I still will be in hospital.
my wrists just hurt like ten times more now
I've had this wrist pain for months to almost a year already. Didn't know what to do until I finally found this. Instantly my wrist feels a lot better. There's still pain, but it's a lot smaller compared to when I literally woke up lmao, I'll keep trying this to see how it'll improve!

Steve, did it help? I had de quervains last year. Now I have pain in the same area (thumb side) but not as bad. Did it help?

Hell no. Just tried this & couldn’t even get my palm all the way down because the pain was too much. This exercise clearly isn’t a one for all for people with tendonitis…

I have tendonitis now this 3 months I tryed strengthen the tendon it helped abit but having pain around my big toe when walking I will try theses didn't think tendons stretched much
