I spent the last two weeks nearby in Hangzhou. I already came home to Europe, but I loved Hangzhou and definitely loved China. Next year I want to go back and see more of it.
@@vazzeg Come to visit my city Nanjing too, also in that area. ruclips.net/video/YwKlfv7muW8/видео.html ruclips.net/video/2Ni7rtwHaW0/видео.html Wuxi is very nice too. ruclips.net/video/ieNzX27IayY/видео.html
I have lived in Suzhou for 7 years. Suzhou gardens are very famous; to see the ancient Suzhou, go to the Gusu District, to see the modern Suzhou to the industrial park.
Glad to know you love my hometown and praise it as the coolest city in China~ You would find more exciting and traditional attractions in Suzhou as you spend more time there✌️
Suzhou definitely looks beautiful, a throwback to the old China! Like Hangzhou? The jacket looks great on you! But what about the qipao? That looks cool and fits you well! Should have bought that too, if you hadn't haha. Next time try the traditional Chinese hanfu and see how it fits you. Personally, once you are in a hanfu, you automatically look graceful for a woman. Not too practical but, the traditional Chinese dress looks like none others and I personally love how it looks.
Suzhou is actually one of the most well developed city in China which remains some very authentic traditional Chinese elements. Actually you can check all cities, like Hangzhou, Wuxi, that can be reached within an hour from Shanghai, most of them worth visiting. Good vlog
this video was really fantastic.filming more such kind of video.also pls tell us about ur student life(how are ur lessens,is it difficult to study in chinese, btw what are ur specialization)?
i am local suzhou guy.苏州 is so close to shanghai.it is the birthland of Chinese wu culture.so our dialect food and tridition is basically as the same with shanghai.200 years ago don't have a city called shanghai.but Suzhou's history is about 2000years. Now Suzhou is a morden and age-old city .hope you can learn know about Suzhou and enjoy the time in Suzhou
Oh Suzhou ... I enjoyed that city. Bought me some silk, visited a silk factory and took lots of pictures in that factory. Oh MAN! oH Wow, I didn't know SUzhou was that nice either, thanks to your video for the skyline.
I've been lived in Suzhou for 10 years, I like the culture here but never really fit in. For most of the time I stay in SIP which is the modern part of the city. What I like about the city is that no skyscrapers are allowed to be built in the old part of the city, to protect the culture.
That restaurant is located in Li Gong Di area. Frankly speaking, you can walk around the Jingji lake and find many restaurants with this kind of good lake view.
My favorite is Shenzhen :) Summer 9 months a year, 30 minutes from Guangzhou, 90 minutes from HK, Foshan, Macao is near, even Guilin can be available by train... But the nature... Shenzhen has very interesting nature, which we in EU miss. Shanghai seemed to me very interesting, beautiful, but a bit grey with few nature, but Shenzhen is city of nature and also fastest developing city in China that finishes another new skyline this year. I must admit, that I had a depression in SH and Guangzhou, just for the first night, but... In Shenzhen I felt good from the very begining. In SH a lot of people try to turnover your money... In Guangzhou is public transport totally collapsing in evenings... These problems I couldn´t see in Shenzhen.
Shanghai and Suzhou have changed a lot. Take a look at the 1987 Steven Spielberg movie "Empire of the Sun" -- set in both cities. A 12-year old Christian Bale played the lead.
Hi Kaya, you looks really nice in that silk "grandma" suit: the sophisticated patterns with the lovely green colors make you look elegant, in the mean time, exuberant with profundity of a female intellectual .... are those 50 shades of grey or 50 shades of green?
I really think you should start a patreon. I'm sure many here (including myself) would be happy to pledge some money so you can keep making videos. Adrevenue isn't what it used to be.
