In Starminer you design and build an interstellar mining fleet to strip space of its invaluable minerals, and sell them for a tidy profit. But beware. Your greed may attract unwanted attention. Use warships and defense platforms to protect your fleet at all costs and push back the frontier of space.
In this trailer we introduce you to the concept of navigation in Starminer. Six degrees of freedom, realistic Newtonian physics and challenges that come with them. To sell what you mine, first you need to survive shipping it to your buyers!

Yo I saw the add on reddit and after a a good 15 minutes of googling keywords I found your game. Tell your marketing team to use the name of the game in the advertisement next time.

Space games are always easy for dlc
Paradox make good games and charge you the value of a liver to experience it in full. DLC is the worst idea ever invented, especially when the content being added doesn't need to be a DLC and should be a fundamental part of the core game.
@@trevormoney8126 How many extra hours do dlcs give you at a game i remember hoi4 dlcs giving me like 100 hours of extra gaming each. I mean you can complain as much as you want but the amount of content they give compared to other companies is a thing

Would love to see this game evolve into the Dust 514 concept/environment. This game will have mining operations, a different game will have science operations, another for military. Tie them all up and have a game like Stellaris where users send out orders to the other games userbases.
It's called Star Citizen and that's why so many people spent a lot and have a love/hate relationship with that amazing mess of an alpha XD

a game about mining astaroids in space but in stratagy form i was hopping some one would make this, i loved doing this in star ruler 2 so much fun just watching em mine and the civilian trace jsut show up automaticaly by its self. please if its a hit bring it to xbox my paradox collection of games needs another to add to the pile

Making true newtonian physics fun is going to be a challenge (beyond the niche that is just happy if they get true newtonian physics at all. Not that I am one of those people, trust me, please trust me... Okay you got me).
Yes. This is why I think they should consider co-op. Managing the movement of the ship is going to be a Goliath task, so having a dedicated friend pilot while the other manages other systems would be ideal. Newtonian physics is cool as hell, but it’s also a huge challenge.

I'm waiting for this one. Paradox Arc released the excelent Parabellum and I have a feeling I'll gladly play this one too. Great surprises considering the small marketing push.

I think the lens flares ruins immersion. But it looks like this will be a great game.
No matter how nice this game looks to me: I'm not budging.
I'm never going to buy a game published, sported, or directly developed by Paradox Interactive again until I'm sure it's released in a playable state and with basic features. Even if it means waiting a few years.
Not to mention the swarms of overpriced DLCs for other licenses, or murdered projects like Imperator, I am now stuck with Victoria 3 and Cities: Skylines 2 and I'm just disappointed by these purchases. Let your teams take their time, I don't know, change something but give us the impression again that you respect your partners and your players.
A few more steps and you'll be joining Ubisoft and Activision in the corner of shame.
