Hellblade 2 was a masterpiece from a visual, music, storytelling, and combat perspective. I loved every chapter which unfolded and found myself more attached to Senua and her unique journey as the game went on. By the end, i felt like I had internalized her pain as well as her motivation to keep fighting and it made me invested in her character even more. Would highly recommend to anyone who can handle darker, more psychological themes but loves fantasy and action.
1. Rebirth 2. Balatro 3. Erdtree (just booting the game launched it to the top 5 for me) 4. Prince of Persia 5. Night Springs DLC Those are the only games I’ve loved this year. First half of the year has been a bit low to mid-tier for me, but the second half looks to be a huge step up.

Elden ring dlc is so good but my lvl 200 character keeps getting 2 shot by everything (i have 65 vig), even after doubling my defences and raising my attack with the scadutree blessing im doing like nothing 😭
Find more scooby doo fragments, there are tons of them. Also use the hefty pots, they do a shit ton of damage, for things like putrescent knight, one pot can proc scarlet rot which eats like 40% of his healthbar.

@TragicGFuel why thats already a dissapointment
Awesome I'll log in this weekend then. Have you joined any of the live game shows? They're a blast and have unique bonuses
"We're about halfway through 2024, depending on when you're watching this"
Me watching in 2027: LMAO
Banishers is freaking amazing!!! I'm in love with the game! Glad you put it on the list!
Whats the game at 0:11?
Zoochosis
Palworld
Didn’t expect stellar blade to be as incredible as it was, 10/10 will definitely be hitting up that new game+
Hype for metal gear solid delta snake eater
YES! NINE SOLS was mentioned! 10000% deserved, and one of the best games I've ever played.
No.
1. Rebirth
2. Balatro
3. Erdtree (just booting the game launched it to the top 5 for me)
4. Prince of Persia
5. Night Springs DLC
Those are the only games I’ve loved this year. First half of the year has been a bit low to mid-tier for me, but the second half looks to be a huge step up.
I want to sell this channel how much money will you pay
Ff7 rebirth or tekken 8 for goty
haha no
gameranx, great content keep it up bro
Rise of Ronin was fantastic just a great ass videogame
INDIKA! Solid puzzles, interesting philosophy, mix of modern and classic gaming sensibilities. Definitely deserving of a spot
Dang, Bears in Space was 21
I want to sell this channel how much money will you pay
Personally, stellar blade was my favourite game this year ❤
But Unicorn Overload is also very good.
Was listening up to #2 in the vid and thought, “wow kinda shocked dragon’s dogma 2 didn’t even make it in the top 10, or even bottom 20…”
Jake: “now down to #1, we have dragon’s dogma 2.”
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Well done bro
Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance needs some more recognition in these streets. 😢
Why is Shadow of the Erdtree in 16th place?
Just cause it's a DLC
@@dssiegobut it’s literally longer than almost every “full game” coming out today, I think it deserved number one
Quit bitching you fromsoft fanboys
Because its overrated lol
@@kp6903 its a dlc it shouldn't even be on the list.
Yep they do. Weekend specials, actually. Extra spins if you play on Saturdays.
Rise of the ronin is criminally underrated!
Had a blast in Dragons Dogma 2. Good game. ❤
what is the game in the thumbnail?
Rise of the Ronin
These are good selections :)
This year is nuts. If it stopped right now I would feel content.
Other games besides Final Fantasy VII Rebirth came out this year?
I want to sell this channel how much money will you pay
Rebirth came out this year?
Senua was too short, like most. Unrelated here but Indika was way too short as well but I am so in love w the entire thing. I just need more.
No Granblue Fantasy Relink?
I want to sell this channel how much money will you pay
Good to know I'm going to try out the late-night slots. There's a night owl bonus for playing after midnight
I really didn't want the next Prince of Persia to be a side scroller. Such a shame
reallly great recommendations bro , thanks 👍
put time stamps
Yeah
There are, video has only been up 6 minutes, idiots complaining so soon after the upload💀😂
@@ParagonZRexactly
Are you dumb?
@@NoshikiYTbro youre so bipolar lmao you agree with the first guy only to later agree with someone else going against the first guy 💀
Showing Ronin the upmost respect. You have my admiration. Subscribed! Most fun I’ve had EVER in a game. I’m also #3 on a dojo ranking so I’m not playing the same game everyone else is lol.
2024 doesn't even half compare with 2023 (at least so far)!
Enshrouded is amazing. Building is fun, the RPG elements are good. Best of all, the devs really listen to it's players.
To put Elden ring at 16 is outrageous. Y’all must be snorting baby powder to put sote at 16 bc it’s the best thing that’s come out here. Y’all’s number 1 pick literally was so hyped and ended up being the biggest fail for games in 2024
LOL, they put DD2 as number one? SOTE had more mob variety than that game!
If you saw how they playing it you will understand tho
They are trash lol
@@bary2590 ya and as much as I loved dragons dogma 2, I feel like it definitely missed on a couple things. I personally thing sote or dd2 deserves goty tho. They honestly both impressed me
I think you are misunderstanding the concept of this video. This isn’t a ranking system where the games are put in order based on how good they are. It’s just a list of 20 good games for the first half of the year, the order means nothing
Hauntii was another great release this year! Glad nine sols made it on the list though, these smaller games have been killing it with their unique styles!
Elden ring dlc is so good but my lvl 200 character keeps getting 2 shot by everything (i have 65 vig), even after doubling my defences and raising my attack with the scadutree blessing im doing like nothing 😭
Yeah renalla is ridiculously hard.
@@ModestPavementuse Bloodhound Fang..
@amitk4878 I beat her a couple days ago. Thanks though. Beat Romina as well, but now I'm stuck on Putresent Knight lol.
Find more scooby doo fragments, there are tons of them. Also use the hefty pots, they do a shit ton of damage, for things like putrescent knight, one pot can proc scarlet rot which eats like 40% of his healthbar.
@preyaskhuntia2190 thanks for the tip! I need to start crafting and using tools more. I never do.
No Unicorn Overlord?! It’s an amazing Tactical RPG that released in March. It’s beautiful to look at addicting to play and recruit characters, mouthwatering food. It’s currently number one for my 2024 games
They don't play a lot of switch games i guess.
@@abhiss6705 funny you say that considering it’s not even exclusive to Switch
What an awesome first half of 2024 ps5 has had
Hilarious very true
Not really it’s been mid
@@aclippa6313 It's been awesome. But if you only like one type of game like let's say uncharted then yea you would think it's mid.
@@jcdenton41100 i love uncharted tbh
Final fantasy rebirth is amazing. I was blown away more than a few times. They did such a great job on it.
We need a stellarblade2🫡🤞👌
👍
Great list, gentlemen!
Videos like this remind me of why I trust this channel the most.
Personally, I've enjoyed Stellar Blade the most, but agree Dragon's Dogma 2 is the best game.
I would have considered No Rest for the Wicked in the early list.
🍻
Stellar blade on PC would be amazing.
😏
Devs did say that it's coming
I'm sure it will be great on PC. Enjoyed it a lot on PS5.
Stellar flop will thankfully be forgotten about soon.
@@threestars2164 did it flop though?
Nightingale, Enshrouded, & PalWorld are my favs so far this year for fun & innovative games!
If erdtree wasn't a dlc it would have been no. 1 😂
Theyre not ranking them my guy
It's 16. Watch the video.
Hahaha it’s so funny
Yeah and the funny thing is that it’s much longer than most “full games” on this list 😂
Fromsoft fanboy wouldn't stop bitching about they're beloved mid games
Just finished “Another Crab’s Treasure”, definitely deserves a mention in my opinion. If you’re looking for an easier souls like with humour it is a must buy.
