Man I am hospitalized for the past 14 days ....suffering from bacterial infection and dengue ...plz keep me in your prayers....I want to return home and get back to jump roping.....am an ardent follower of your channel ...and respect Both Dan and Brandon...
I used to do single-leg regular jumps while juggling a ball. Have you ever tried them? I have a video on my channel if you'd like to see it.@@JumpRopeDudes
I was struggling with the boxer skip for almost 2 years but when i finally got it i felt like a champion. Run in place which i thought would be the hardest for me was the easiest to learn, the side swings are the second hardest for me
Enjoy the vid. Would love to see your advice for those in cold weather area or experiencing winter like temperatures advice on what to do to effectively skip rope in a safe efficient manner.
I learned 10th trick by doing alternative single leg hops. I let my other feet dangle around while landing on other and slowing transformed it to 10th trick.
Any black friday deals for the crossrope? Lost my crossrope and tried some of the ropes at the gym but they just feel... bad 🤦. No going back once you've got the best.
Want to say thank you I started with 5 min every second day then every week added 5 min to my routine so now I'm at 20 min every second day I love it but after 20 min boy the legs hurt lol
@JumpRopeDudes I want to be successfull. Last year I was told I had type 2 diabetes I beat that with diet and exercise but I've been putting the pounds on as I'm only doing weight training now. So I needed a simple way to loose some pounds without leaving the house so here we are
For advanced and specially beginners is really important to release tension in the back after a jumprope sesion. Just 20 seconds 3 times each side, helps a lot!! ♥ ruclips.net/user/shortsawY6ZfBCBmE

I have a question!!! Why is it that whenever I go to jumprope and I do what I like to call, the running man lol, why does my Calf always have a fit and start hurting?!?!?!? It pisses me off because I absolutely fell in love with jump roping and I'm getting enough potassium and stretching!!! I don't get it!!!!
Ugh that's so annoying, right?! I know you mentioned potassium but check your diet overall and drink loads of water! Massage and elevating your legs after a workout can help too. Hope you feel better and keep doing the thing! 💪🏻

It's crazy how impossible a trick is, until it isn't! If you landed run in place, you can do anything. Just keep practicing. Do the thing 💪🏻
