Im a beginner for jumping rope and i found out i do really like it.
Ur channel teaches me a lot. It's awesome.
Now im facing a problem. Since i have been practicing a lot, i found out that my forearm and shoulders r so sore and burning so bad when i am doin jump rope. But the breathing is still fine. Am i keeping myself too tight? I dont feel my wrist is working much instead of forearm. Its not correct, is it?

I don't know how but I learned fast skipping from watching ryan garcia do it. When I tried it, took a couple tries and I already did it! Hahaha!
