It’s only available for some iPads.
It's for the iPads with an A12 bionic chip and a TrueDepth camera (iPad Pro's, iPad mini 5 and iPad Air 4)

At the end did you delete the foreground layer that had the circles and triangle? And the background layer that had the path.

I really want to try this but am stuck at the beginning: when I open reference, the video tab says video capture only available in full screen. But it is full screen? Can anyone help? For ref I’m on 4th gen iPad Pro...
Once you open the Reference window and select Face, have you tried clicking on ‘options’ and then ‘full-screen’? That’s how I’ve recorded as well, in full screen
@@ghostpaper Thanks for your response! Yes I've tried everything in options and even closing and reopening Procreate and making sure my ipad was up to date. Four finger tapping too... So odd. Maybe it's just bugging? I'll keep re-trying....
@@ghostpaper I figured it out! For anyone else, you have to make sure in your Procreate App settings that you've given permission to your camera to film!

What if you don't have the setting for face on reference?
Sorry that means your iPad doesn’t have face recognition - that’s what I explain at the disclaimer part of this tutorial 👍

It is an update you can just go to the app store and update the app
