This was the most straightforward explanation out all these videos. Thank you. I'm dealing with sciatica, but needed to explain to friends and family what I have.

Thank you, I was diagnosed with sciatica in 2023.
2024 I went back to the chiropractor who said it was sciatica, he did what he did that eased the pain in 2023, i was still in pain, he did nothing more.
That same night I was in agonising pain.
Next day I was ringing around to get me a appointment anywhere but had to wait 3 day's later to see a doctor to be told it was muscle spasms, 7 days later taking pain medication, muscle relaxation pills, inflammation pills, Panadol, and Tramadol that was prescribed by the doctor, I was still in pain.
I searched for herbs to find a half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper washed down with water worked for me. After 10 day's of agonising pain, lack of appetite and sleep
4 days later I'm so much better and awake throughout the day, and sleeping better through the night and morning.
I sill have niggling here and there, and know walking without limping so much.
I thank our almighty Heavenly Father God for his creation and all he provides and the ability to heal ourselves🙏🏼

If you have sciatica just start working out and train your core your lower back your hamstring and your glutes it will support your lower back spine so it will help release your sciatica at least it's what I've been experience over the last year. Pay attention more to your posture when you leave a heavy things when you sit down and don't limit your move just because you have sciatica because it will get worse

Speak to your doctor. If you are feeling better, surgery may not be necessary.

To everybody who has sciatica; including myself, I understand how horrible the pain is. I'm sorry you all have to deal with this as well. It's truly horrible. Just keep stretching and improving your flexibility can help significantly.

I had been really impressed with this sciatica pain guide called MySciaticaPain9.blogspot.com In most instances, the alignment of my knees, hips as well as back is retained because of this. I no more experience painful feelings each and every time I get up. In addition, I noticed advancements in my knees due to this program. .
