Its been several decades since i've heard this song. I used to watch Judy Garland sing this from Wizard of Oz on Betamax. I remember sitting with my sister and singing along with our parents.
I miss those days. Now alot of thing happened both good and bad but songs like these brings me back and unlocks those memories i thought i had previously forgotten.

Needless ta say those initial moments while this was originally performed live, surely was indeed awesome...however it's awesome to be able to experience it again and again! And BTW...in case you didn't know... Mr. Rieu is a special Gift from God to the whole world! Smile, but serious.

My mother is a dedicated fan of Andre Rieu, and when we found out that this was the performance where you sing OTR, you made her day. She often speaks of how you sing the most beautiful rendition of this song.
I wish we could go see your concert, but unfortunately, she is 94. At least she passed on the tradition, and I look forward to watching more of your concerts in the future.

How wonderful. I don't think there is a group of people who can match Andre Rieu's team in opening the floodgate of emotion from an audience. Maybe, when there is a concert, God alternates which group of angles can take the time off to sit and enjoy it. As they are settling into their seats he says, "Enjoy and be happy".
Beautiful! It's a nice touch that the rainbow gets on her dress! The fact that she DOES look like the good witch didn't hurt either!
