Today I replace the heater core in my 2005 Dodge Neon SRT4 ACR, something I have been putting off for at least 2 years. This isn't the first time I have taken the dash out of this car, and I am sure it won't be the last either. This took us about 6 hours to do, which isn't bad at all.

Was your car over heating before?
I don’t have heat inside my srt but the car runs around 160-170
And I’m trying to figure out what I need to fix
No the car wasn’t overheating at all, I could smell coolant after the car got warm because of the location it was leaking from. I would preform a coolant pressure test and see what happens.

It's from a company called 'Killer Glass' and it's honestly one of my favorite engine bay bits.
It was great for diagnosing my blown engine back in the day 😂
How bad was this on a scale from 1-10
Honestly it was a 5, it took me 6 hours to do with a friend. It’s more of a pain then hard honestly, which is why I procrastinated to do it for 2 years.
Worst video ever. Thanks for sharing what was required and where and how many bolts/screws. Be nice to know what tools are needed. Maybe a 10mm 7mm t25 flat head screwdriver etcetera, etcetera. But hey you got lunch. Good for you.
