I'm 38 now and used to watch this when I was a kid, it was the first show on "Nick at Nite" and I loved it! I remember this and "Dragnet", but this was my favorite by far.
Nuthin' new about that. Posters often equivocate, exaggerate, obfuscate, prevaricate,...........lie, on titles and thumbnails. Anything to get those view numbers up.
Don Adams himself said he was shorter than Barbara Feldon in a documentary. So if Barbara was 5' 9", Don was shorter than that. To cover that up, Ms. Feldon wore flats, low heels, or no shoes, slouched, when they were shot in close-up.
@@radicalross7700 it is an optical illusion both are the same height but because we are so accustomed to seeing men taller, when the man is the same height, he only appears shorter don adams didn't know her height because he probably saw her in women's shoes which artifically make them taller if you think she wasn't 5' 9" then come up with the source that says her measured height. not guessing.

I loved this show Don Adams and Barbara were great, and Chief could not be played by no one else.
