Incredible effort and so much knowledge being passed on to those who are willing to listen Dan! To be honest I've been sleeping on your channel for over a year-I apologize didn't even know you moved to FL! Makes a ton of sense. That's why I've been gone- moved to rural Japan and have a 1st gen. Aristo JZS147 now. R154 and single turbo swapped but have so far to go all the details you share are really appreciated so inspirational! Definitely going to be following your FD campaign this year!
My buddy built his own rotisserie when he redid his Chevy nova. Used 2 engine stands and some strut channel metal/unistrut metal. He did attach the unistrut to the bumpers but he was replacing the bumpers anyway but I’m sure you could make up some type of bracket for mounting. He welded up a tube holder that went from 1 engine stand to the other to help keep them aligned. The setup worked great. Probably didn’t have as great of mobility on the floor it he wasn’t worried about it bc it would only move 10ft from inside to outside of the garage.
I’ll buy one, for the amount of time needed to build a proper one that functions the same, after materials it would cost more if you consider my time invested too
So sick Dan! So much YES on the unsprung weight savings! I absolutely love seeing your work and mindset on that competition level. I am always looking for ideas to use on my own drift Supra. But it’s also kind of a street car so there’s limitations. Remember what you’re doing now is effecting your upcoming season, so work your butt off!! 🤘
i am seriously looking forward to the billet upper arms. i just pray they are affordable.... no one wants to even spend the absurd $700 for the cut and welded stuff... it makes no sense how the same amount of metal and welding for a 240sx rear lower control arm costs half as much as supra rear upper..
They are machined billet made in the USA, not going to be cheap. I can’t make 50 pairs because they aren’t a high selling item so unfortunately they will be priced high. Worth it for sure but only some will purchase
Could you make the fans pull air from behind and push through the rad then out the top? I would think air rushing over the back of the car would actually pull a vacuum over that inlet??
@@RADIndustries gotcha and I remember you saying a while back you had your carbon fiber front cover and cam gear covers would be on your website do you happen to know an approx time? I know you said they were taking a while but I was curious also do you have personal merch we can buy that goes directly to your program?
I want a price for the Billet arms Front and rear billet hats and brackets for the willwood calipers Front and rear calipers you're using PM me Dan. Thanks
on video you sound lazy lol but I know and understand you. I have my rhd supra gutted right now but because of the cold upstate NY I dont want to deal with it lol
Place looks Awesome Thankyou for your time in making this
Your underrated A.F. . Your attention to detail and your work ethic are amazing 👏 keep it up! 💯

Love this car. So glad it's going to be back in FD
Have you tried Dry ice blasting before?
No, I have seen it but haven’t tried it

Well volume and cost savings from that one production would help with that cost a lot to be fair.

So awesome. Glad you're coming back man! Can't wait to see you rip (and hopefully shoot the car again haha) in Orlando!
Yeah buddy
Hey Dan what do you think about carbon brake kits do the weight savings vs the cost make it worth your while?
Could you make the fans pull air from behind and push through the rad then out the top? I would think air rushing over the back of the car would actually pull a vacuum over that inlet??
Might work but it would pull super dirty air off the track that’s potentially hotter and full of tire smoke
@@RADIndustries would tire smoke gunk up the rad?
How come dont you run wisefab in the rear?
Not FD Legal how they made it
@@RADIndustries ah makes sense!
Dan I drag race my 2j do have any products on your website for drag racing or mostly drifting?
No a lot for Drag cars at this point
