I miss Volcano so much, but Twisted Timbers is so damn good!! I could ride that all day. I-305 (I'm sure I've commented on your channel before, but I never know for sure), I am so glad I rode it, but those grey-outs were scary AF. I'll still ride it again, cuz I love my coasters, but I never thought grey-outs were a real thing until it happened. Just re-rode Kingda Ka for the first time since 2014, and can def say that I-305 is way more intense than the tallest coaster in the world.
I passed out on I305, I was totally out for at least 10 seconds and wasn’t fully conscious until the end of the ride. It’s a shame, because it looks like an awesome ride and I wish I could’ve experienced it.
After my visits in 2008 and 2013, my favorite ride there is Intimidator 305 followed by Volcano: The Blast Coaster (R.I.P.), Dominator, Flight of Fear, Backlot Stunt Coaster, Grizzly, Racer 75, Apple Zapple, Avalanche, Shockwave (R.I.P.), Anaconda, and Hurler (thank goodness it's now Twisted Timbers).

As great as I305 and TT are, I think the depth of the supporting cast is arguably KD’s biggest strength. Anyway, here’s my list. 1. Intimidator 305 2. Twisted Timbers 3. Dominator 4. Flight of Fear 5. Grizzly 6. Racer 75 7. Backlot Stunt Coaster 8. Avalanche 9. Anaconda 10. Apple Zapple 11. Woodstock Express 12. Great Pumpkin (never ridden so it goes here by default) 13. Tumbili (yes, I already know this will be last, because of my previous experience on free spins)
I got 9/12 credits here bc Avalanche was closed and I didn’t feel like bothering with Woodstock Express and I’m too tall for Great Pumpkin Coaster. Anyways, here’s my ranking of the rest of the coasters. 9. Anaconda (could’ve been worse, the inversions were fun but the turns give some bad neck banging. If I were to choose for the next coaster to get the axe at this park it would be this one.) 8. Grizzly (It’s rough but kind of fun) 7. Apple Zapple (I like the first drop but other than that it’s a typical Wild Mouse) 6. Backlot Stunt Coaster (Fun but honestly quite janky and the seats aren’t the most comfortable) 5. Racer 75 (For a classic woodie over 45 years old it’s pretty smooth and it’s fun) 4. Dominator (I think it’s a really solid ride but I’ve ridden other floorless coasters and it just felt kind of forgettable. Also it doesn’t have a rattle) 3. Flight of Fear (This thing is really underrated as it’s pretty intense and even though it loses some steam in the middle but it picks back up at the end. Also cool theming) 2. Twisted Timber’s (The top 2 really are fantastic and the 2nd best one-two punch I’ve ever experienced from an amusement park. The only one I’d say is better is Cedar Point at least from what I’ve experienced. This ride has so much airtime and I disagree, to me this is a back row ride. The 3 camelbacks are stronger in the front but to me everything else is better in the back) 1. Intimidator 305 (It’s just so intense. It was also my 100th roller coaster. I rode it in the front and I was kind of disappointed but I did ride it earlier in the day. I came back later and rode it in the back. Man that’s the most intense coaster I’ve ever experienced. When I got off I was floored. This is a top 3 coaster for me)

I have been on twisted timbers AND I LOVED It The first time i went is when me my brother his 2 friends and my dad went there I saw twisted timbers and I wanted to try it out My brother didn't come with us though nor my dad The fact is that twisted timber was my first ever upside down Roller Coaster I've ever been on I was scared to go on it at first but i enjoyed it a lot But i think i almost made one of my brothers friends deaf cause i was screaming so loud even my dad and my brother could hear me 😅😅oops But I was so happy when you put twisted timbers food a good one Fact is:For Avalanche it got re painted got new karts but the still kept the track from Avalanche and re named it Reptilian
I like Anaconda even more than you do. I get no headbanging by keeping my head forward. Since I'm not as tall as you, I'm fine with Flight of Fear's seats. I am very torn on the top 2. Personally; I’d rank Apple Zapple higher. It’s a great ride, especially with a good group. My nephews and I marathoned this when we went in 2018. I’d go so far as to place it above Anaconda, Avalanche and Grizzly.
I know what you mean about i305, i rode it twice in a row on 2 occasions but after that i feel like its time for something else. It does feel like a workout
Plz Cedar Point I beg you too put work into this park you can’t just have a top tier park fall, we need a inverted coaster, a wing coaster, and a record breaking coaster at least in all in the year from 2022-2030 and multiple investments, this amusement park has the most people being it a home park, don’t let them down, even you think kings dominion has no hope, it does, as being a thrill fan park I want you to make it a fan thrill favorite park once again, I promise it will be worth it, If I had unlimited money, I would put it all in kings dominion and all of the other cedar fair parks, Plz Cedar Fair see this message and make Kings Dominion a Legendary Park once again
I found the smoothest seat on Anaconda second to back left seat and for dominator it’s a back row. Front rattles and back doesn’t. But I DO agree with your top two! Timbers supremacy!!!!
I have an extremely unpopular opinion I love tumpili I just feel like it's better than all if the other s&s Freespins and just packs more fun sadly it was down last time I was there as a some puked on it and it got everywhere 😄
The only thing I disagree with is that Flight of Fear is my favorite and The Dominator is my second, and I’ve also never ridden The Intimidator. And I also love Twisted Timbers but it’s not my favorite because I don’t like not having the seat behind my head.
Also my ussue with twisted timbers is that you have to have literally nothing in your pockets. We had to hit two lockers before we could even enter the line
