Bright side of all the repaints. You could use the Maul emitter or an adapter with Maul and Darksaber parts on one end and new Obi-wan parts on the other. A perfectly symmetrical light and dark side double saber.
I gotta say, I still think my favorite part is that crossguard. It kinda sucks that you can't bring out all of the blades at once, but hey, no harm there
All the parts are from other sets, but with a different paint job. The core looks like a repainted Darksaber core, the cover is from the Darth Maul set (the cover with the face tatooing) but repainted, the bronze emitter is from the Mace Windu saber but repainted, and the grey with blue emitter also belongs to the Darksaber. The only new piece is the crossguard emitter.
That double is sick
Iff you hold down the button on mauls saber for a few seconds it will make both light up
i just noticed the handle wrap thing looks alot like mauls, the one with his face design on it
definitely do the bladebuilders and lightsaber forge video but you should do it outside or somewhere with more space because bladebuilders make them massive
Dude, the double blade looks amazing. I’d have to use that for a Halloween costume. I don’t feel like this is worth $40. I’d maybe pay $30 for it. I’m sure they will end up going on clearance at my Target. I don’t have any of these yet, but you’re tempting me lol.
Also, I found a 1 of 5,000 chase TIE Fighter today at Target! They also had ANOTHER Moff Gideon Outland TIE. But I didn’t need a 3rd one 😂

The Maul lightsaber forge has a neat feature, if you hold down one of the buttons it turns on both blades, and turns them both off.
Dan-o if you look at the gold cap and then look at Mace Windu's they're the same

The brand new A murderer that have the golden on it to me it looks like Mace Windu that you did.
I think even though the lightsaber forge blades dont glow well, they make up for it in sheer fun. A cheap and easy way for a solid custom hilt!
I noticed the gold peice matches the white one with the red crest that was on another saber! Or at least it looked the same to me.
yup! that's from the mace Windu Saber.
So only the 3 blade peice was new then.

I'm looking forward to the Sith Inquisitor one. I will buy that. The Force FX version would have been preferred, but 500 dollars is a lot for a lightsaber.
Hasbro version will do and even the Hasbro version will be expensive.
You should definitely do a full video dedicated to doing diffrent builds with the forge sabers/ blade builders, try to do as many diffrent combos as possible or something.
I like how you did a bit of maul and a bit of Obi Wan because Maul is Obi Wans enemy and Obi Wan is Mauls enemy

The brown emitter is repainted from mace windu
the only new piece is the crossgaurd, the bronze emitter is a reskin of mace windu's, the grey emitter is a reskin of the darksaber, the sleeve is a reskin of one of darth mauls sleeves and the core is a reskin of the darksaber core

There were two lightsaber forge released on 8/1. The Obi-Wan electronic set here is a Target exclusive but there is also a Walmart exclusive non electronic Darth Vader set.
Yeah I don’t know that I need the “new” Darth Vader saber… it’s the same but with a non electronic core

Not sure if this has been commented on already, but my 6 year old got his finger stuck in the hole at the base of the retractable blade where the light enters through. Long story short it was a nightmare and I had to use a dremel tool to shave it down and break the thick plastic base apart. We’re looking to file a complaint just for the sake of making parents aware.

Anyone know where to get the blade builders attachment to make a double lightsaber and if it works with saber forge? I’m new to the whole lightsaber building thing
Best bet is eBay. Amazon still has some of the old blade builders but they are overpriced from 3rd party sellers. You might get lucky at a thrift store. But Bladebuilders haven’t been made since 2018
Hey Dan I’m a new subscriber but where did you find the Yoda lightsaber forge? My Walmarts and targets have other lightsaber forge sabers but I want that green blade.
I got it last year when they came out at a wal-mart I believe. I still see them occasionally at places like target or Walmart

@@ExvinityEDITZ I’m the US that’s a Wal-mart exclusive. They’ve given no word how that’s being handled internationally. Are there any European toy news channels or sites that have that kind of info? We rarely see any of that here since it doesn’t really apply to us.
