More impressive that Reggie was one of the best 3 point shooters ever, but most his baskets weren't even 3 pointers here.

It isn't fair to compare him and Ray. Ray has been playing in a softer league of defense. Reggie was guarded by MJ, J. Dumars, Starks, Jeff Hornacek, Clyde Drexler, Thunder Dan Majerle, Ron Harper, his brother-from-another-mother, Reggie Lewis, and even more. Plus, there was hand-checking, and defenders weren't called for the silliest of plays.

    • @luke7277

But Ray played in the 90s and the 2000s like reggie, and ray can create his own shot way better.

Look at Reggie driving to the hole for layups, runners and floaters and they say all he did was come off screens and curls for 3 point shots. He had a deadly mid-range game and a could put it on the floor. In today's game he would easily average 25-30 pts a game in this perimeter NBA style of play in the modern era. Back then shooters wasn't respected. With hand checking you could push a shooters hips while he elevated for a jumper, put your foot under his landing space and hit his wrist and elbow and they wouldn't call a foul unless you we're Micheal Jordan 91-98 because he was the leagues money maker just like the NFL protects Tom Brady. Professional Sports have been rigged for years. Its big business because of money. Only Illuminati affiliated players win multiple championships.

I remember him taking a 3 at the end, however he missed, and you could hear the "AHHHHH" go through the crowd. I was a season ticket holder for the Hornets, and it was the only time I witnessed the Hornets fans cheering fro someone on the other team.
