You are a godly person you literally saved my mind and wellbeing i am like 95 percent in watching your videos, i searched years for this but the other channel didn't simplify it so i kept running away ,you would know people with anxiety run away from complex things
New subscriber here. Your content showed up in my feed. I’m a mid-30s physically disabled man. I’ve struggled with high functioning anxiety all my life. I’m definitely an over thinker. That said, I have a deep, introspective, emotional side to my personality, which I think makes sense when it comes to anxiety in any form. I often wonder if my disability parlays in to any of my anxious personality? Anyway, please keep up the fantastic work! It’s greatly appreciated and needed! P.S. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by almost anything to do with human behavior-my own included. So this is another reason I’m extremely glad your channel showed up in my feed.
