Thank you for posting this, I was there too, last row right side of the stage. I've seen them both separately a few times each, but since they were together I had to go knowing their history together. Wish I was able to get tickets closer, but I bought tickets as close as I could by the time I found out about the show. Still a great show.
I got lucky the day of the show and got 4th row center. I'm thinking they were released by the artist. I had been looking before and would have been in the next section back. My first time seeing them both. They did not disappoint! Amazing show!
Joe Satriani does not get the respect he deserves unfortunately. Steve Vai is a great guitar player who learned from Joe Satriani.. and has talked about his experience in learning how to play guitar through Joe Satriani. They have to do a cd together they look great together playing. Joe Satriani doesn’t get the respect he deserves from people. He is a great guitarist who needs to be respected in his own talent. Great song and sounds great to me. Glad to see them playing together. Much respect for their work in the music industry.
