Very useful model thank you
First of all, I appreciate the generous transmission of what you know and practice; the way you share your knowledge in all your videos. And then, the clarity with which you do this. The 3-part model condensates incisively a very wide learning content from the point of view of a practitioner. You make it look apprehensible and easy to put in practice. And I like how each part leads to the next, to the higher level. It is masterful!!
So glad you enjoyed it, Dionysia! Thank you for sharing and your kind words ❤
I love that I always discover a little something about myself from watching your videos. That's the sign of a "great teacher.
"The 3 part model is very powerful. I will go thru and answer all the questions from my personal perspective first and see if there is a life lesson for me. I will then have another tool I can use to empower my clients.
We ❤️ this, Barbara! It's always great to experience it yourself and then use the insights and tools for clients. Thanks for sharing and let us know what your lessons were :)

@@mindvalleycoach My pleasure.
Many thanks Ajit. You make it look so simple...but as a new coach, we have some real challenges as we are not prepared with regards to how the client may respond to our questions. I guess this will come with practice...
Great point, Kris! We never know what our clients might say, thus we can never be prepared! But it's all about being present in that moment and building that confidence that comes with practice, as you say. We recommend watching this video: ruclips.net/video/i50VwF264wM/видео.html Thanks for sharing ❤
The best thing that you can do, is to place yourself in the shoes of your client. Ask yourself the questions that you are asking your client. For example, if you hired a contractor to come to your home at 7 am, and they new you needed to catch a flight out for work at 9:30 - & the contractor did not show up at 7 am and when you called them there was no answer. Ask yourself this... what is the very first thought and feeling that comes up for you? 1. You are angry that they were well informed that this was important and that you had a flight to catch hours later, they made a commitment and did not honour it - you honoured your end, and to make matters worse they wont answer the phone or 2. you felt understanding and thought that the contractor must have had an emergency situation come up and they were incapable of coming and answering the phone call. If you answered to 1. then this is because there is a hidden false core belief that lays beneath. start here.
Thank, aweson information

Thank you so much for sharing this video. What book of Byron Katie would you recommend to start with? ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
Loving what is :-)
Mark leaving the dishes in the sink: there is always 1 reason, Katie has a false core belief that she is unaware of. This is best altered using self-control to respond and not react, then using an I statement that does not include *you*, afterwards katie needs to explore what lays beneath her surface in order to gain clarity of her belief, and heal the belief.
Great approach, Smarie! Thanks for sharing ❤
Really enjoyed it. Would love for you to discuss spirituality more in detail.
So glad you enjoyed this! Thanks for sharing ;)
Lovely video ,is this based around Albert Ellis ABC model, thank you for the video
So glad you enjoyed this video! It is actually not based on that, as the ABC model is Adversity - Beliefs - Consequences which is a great model for changing beliefs and processing negative emotions. This life coaching model we suggest for beginners is for addressing any topic for any coachee - the steps are: Challenges - Ambition - Spirituality. This is the coaching model we suggest for getting started with any coach. The ABC model can be used to address a specific challenge when diving deeper with a coachee after identifying their challenge, not in the first session. We hope this clarifies ❤
Your presentation and the content are really great. Thanks for motivating me. How can we reach you to get more information getting certified as a Life Coach?

Dear Ajit thanks for this input can these 5 questions be used also for children less than 10 or 15 years old? Thanks
I haven't tried it ever. So I don't know. I believe children are very aware of their feelings. These questions should work theoretically.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Life coach
❤
Thanks . Are these questions and information in your book?
Hi Adalyd! The Business Book of Coaching has tons of information on business building, but you may not find these exact questions and model. This video is specific to life coaching while the book has strategies and models for all coaching niches. Let us know if that answers your question ❤
Lol the problem was the same in our case with the dishes so we decided that because time is money he gives me a small amount of money per day for doing do dishes so I do not feel I lost time instead of doing something else 😆
😆😆😆
What if you are ambitious, passionate , energetic and eager to achieve your dream job to the fullest, and find no suitable job that you dreamt of because of diffucult situations much as unemployment...
.
Thanks for sharing, Samaali. These are indeed difficult times all over the world, but opportunities are still available. People who thrive in these challenging times are those who can come up with creative solutions. Is your "dream job" something that people or businesses are looking for right now? If yes, can you create the job yourself as an entrepreneur and offer your product/services to others? Or if not, how could you adjust your interests to match what employers are needing? We hope that helps spark some ideas
I didn't catch #2 of the questions to ask your client. Went back a couple of times and couldn't find it. Can someone tell me what it is please? Thank you.
Hi Sara! We're not sure which question #2 you're looking for. If it's from Part 1 of the model, you can find it at 7:33. If it's from Part 2 of the model, it's at 14:32. Hope that answers your question!
What if the client is already in a negative state ?
Great question! In those cases, you can coach the client to deal with their negative thoughts first, before going into action. Here are some powerful questions you can ask to navigate these situations: ruclips.net/video/8kSSu6g93Uk/видео.html.
Katie is probably feeling like she is not being heard, or validated, more so she is most likely feeling insignificant.
So when Katie alters her thinking does the dishes get done now? I mean do you have an idea how a man reacts if u confront him with some deep problems within himself because of the left dishes 😂 dishes will pile up while Katie chose to think different, you know what follows? Mark will complain about the household not being done and ask Kathie if she has some deep issues or depressions 😂 sry I m just being sarcastic, I know that's not a good habit but I couldn't stand it
