The goal is a place to come from, all we have is right here, right now. I love that Rich! Thanks for sharing this video, I watched it many times, and took a lot of notes.
Awesome stuff Rich, I've read your books and blogs but never heard you speak. It was quite a shock because you sound EXACTLY like my NLP/Coaching mentor - sign I'm in good hands.
My GOD, you are pure gold. I am a freshly graduated life coach and still quite lost haha. A THOUSAND THANK YOU(s) Rich! Evercoach is just a great community.
Great share and good insight into building rapport. I have watched this several times, to ensure a deep understanding. This is really helpful thank you Rich, always appreciated 🙏🏾
Thanks Rich. Great stuff as usual and this popped up at the perfect time as I'm in the start of my 100 Coaching Conversations Challenge and have already gotten a bunch of referrals to people I've never met before. Thank you!
Well done. Rich do you have any advice for brand new coaches (those who are under the experience of 50 clients level) on how to have these conversations? Example, if I’m new to this, it’s hard to share what an experience of coaching me is like. Should we just aim to coach as many people as possible so that we eventually can get to that point?
Great video! Is coaching across different time zones (specifically Asia and US) sustainable over the long term? What is the correct model for coaching internationally that provides the best experience for clients and also allows the coach to maintain decent work hours (for work/life balance)
@@mindvalleycoach IPec admissions sang your praises , so I came to check ya out. Heading down this life coach journey this year, iron sharpens iron right?
Sorry to read that, N. Vargas! What Rich Litvin meant by that is that coaches need to have the courage to say things that may be uncomfortable but are needed to help clients achieve their goals. If a coach has the approach of only "being a friend," they might avoid getting uncomfortable (like many friends do) and won't serve the client as powerfully. But every coach has their own style, so it's all about finding what resonates with you!
could you please stop your advertisement. if i hear once more "i am partnering with evercoach" I am probably going to do something irresponsible. how much longer can your damn advert go on for?
I love the calmer approach to “reflective coaching” provided here rather than the hype and busy goal setting format some styles of coaching can take.
This is great, Sonia! It's all about finding a style that works for you :) Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much! This was game changing! I love the way you make a distinction between Therapy vs. Coaching vs. Consulting
I admit that this distinction was really helpful!

Did you try with/without headphones, Leora?
At the start, if you talk to me like that would freak me out
