雖然不知這是不是達摩祖師所創的十六式~~不過唯一可以知道的是這些拍打穴位在中醫經絡學上是有很好的按摩養生效果~~ 希望有看到此影片的人 真的能學起來~好好拍打或按摩這些穴道來達養生保持健康的身體~~~

建議拍打應該改拳為掌,還有,片中示範之力道似乎太大,最好還應循序漸進,以免未蒙其利,先受其害,尤其拍打一些要害穴道,如腋下等。敝人只是好意提醒,無冒犯之意。
