    Hi I'm Sharon Jurd, and welcome to my Biz Blitz.
    Today, I want to ask you a question: Is your client stuck?
    Have you been working with a client for maybe a number of weeks or months, and they just don't seem to move forward?
    Well, I had clients like that once, and I want to share some strategies to help move your client forward.
    FIRSTLY, look at their LIMITING BELIEFS.
    There may be something there at an unconscious level that's holding them back from moving forward.
    They may believe that they're not good enough or deserving.
    As a coach, I want you to examine their limiting beliefs and really get to the core of that.
    SECONDLY, they may have experienced a SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL EVENT.
    It may be bringing up stuff for them around this environment, and that can hold people back significantly.
    THIRDLY, look at their NEGATIVE EMOTIONS.
    They may have fears, they may have guilt around earning more money, or they may have some hurt or some sadness going on that is holding them back.
    Those negative emotions will keep your client stuck.
    Here are the three things that I would look at first:
    Limiting beliefs.
    Significant emotional events.
    Negative emotions.
