Hi I'm Sharon Jurd, and welcome to my Biz Blitz.
Today, I want to talk to you about starting your coaching business so there's a lot of people out there who would love to be a coach but they're just not sure about how to go about starting.
Where do I start?
What do I have to do?
I want to share with you some easy tips around starting your business.
Firstly, you need SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES WITHIN YOUR BUSINESS.
If you get coaching client or a prospective coaching client,
what is the system? What is the experience they go through?
Because you do not want to get a coaching client and then just get on a call and have a talk fest.
You want to have a clear system and process of moving your client to achieving their goals.
Secondly, KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MODEL and what does that look like.
What are you offering?
Is it one-on-one coaching?
Is it group coaching?
How long for?
How often are you meeting up with your coaching clients?
You have to have a clear picture of what your business model looks like then.
Thirdly, YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE.
You need to be able to articulate this so when people are wanting to spend money with you they know what they're getting.
How often they're meeting up with you?
How much time commitment?
How much energy and how much money?
It's time, energy, and money - these are usually the three questions that people will ask you about. So, you need to have points one and two in place so you can then tell everybody about you, your coaching programs, and the like.
Here's a recap:
First, get your systems and processes in place so you know what's going to happen.
Second, make sure you build your business model.
Third, go out and tell people exactly what that is.
