Our high school motto "It's the not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog". Growing up we had to calisthenics before every gym class. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, push-ups etc...Coach did mess around. We would do the pacer test and measure our body fat.

The original Captain America was a test. There were several other people that got the Super Soldier Serum. A big, tough guy that got the Serum was called Protocide. The concept is that an already big, tough guy will utilize force far more quickly than someone who was constantly on the receiving end of being treated as the "little guy". If you start with a guy who's already used to solving problems with violence, then make him into a super soldier; you are far more likely to create...more people like the Red Skull.
I just wanted to comment on the use of horses in combat in history. My understanding is that, usually, horses were seen as means of transport to the battlefield. Once there, they dismounted and engaged on foot. However there were also mounted troops who used the saber to it's best advantage. In fact the saber was developed for horseback combat, with it's curved blade intended to slice without catching on anything.
As a German Bundeswehr Vet (231. Gebirgsjägerbattalion "Bad Reichenhall) , having grown up with WW2 Vets in my Family as well as the "Enemies" of Axis WW2 Vets in my Family and outside of it & how they treated eachother with Respect every single time, whether US Soldiers stationed here who decided to move their American Wife and/or Kids to Germany or someone who served in WW2 but only was stationed later here in Bavaria, i was also fascinated about how casual People who tried to kill another at a younger Age became best Friends & even went together to the War Cemetaries of both Allied & Axis Forces to pay Respects and put down Flowers each Year: I'd love to see you Guys react to some of the "WW2 Enemies reunifying" or "WW1/WW2 this & that Veteran talks about his Experiences in the War. Sadly, despite the post-WW2 Friendships between Axis & Allied Soldiers being very very common and normal, it took over 60 yearss for any News Media to dare to document such Meetings, so s of right now i only know about 3 Videos in english where a former Allied Soldier meets. former Axis Soldier s Friends. About 3 yrs ago I met and conversed with Tim Kennedy at the Shot Show Convention Las Vegas. This guy is a ball of fire with a great sense of humor.

It's the little things
Just watching this, the guys did good with these movies. Personally, I'm much more critical. I don't know how many times my husband and I have said "Oh, come on! Seriously??" but we still love action movies.
I remember watching Tim on that show back in the day, it was impressive to see how thoroughly they kicked ass on this show!
Tim is the scariest good guy in the world. Like, I know he's one of the good guys and I'm one of the good guys, but I'm still scared of him. Imagine being one of the bad guys he's after...
Jocko's a pretty scary good guy,too.Also,there are a lot of scary good dudes out there but they're in the shadows and prefer to stay in the shadows,like Jocko said. Guys like Tim Kennedy and Jocko stepped out of the shadows and are more public and vocal and that's why more people know about them.
